The social work is an increasingly prominent role in the social governance now,as the promote with strength of social construction and social governance by pilot,local government has been sensed that it is important to accelerate the space of cultivation of specialized social workers.While the booming of social work industry,there has been a serious brain drain.In the organization management,organization commitment is usually used as a key indicator of employees’ leave or stay intention,organizational commitment level will significantly affect the employee turnover rate.In the current era of knowledge economy,facing the high rate of employee turnover,employability is the key to reply the employment relationship of boundaryless career,which is based on staff skills.From this perspective,training is seen as an intrinsic element to enhance the level of staff’s organizational commitment.In this paper,author studied by establishing a relationship between training and organizational commitment,by 203 social workers in Jinjiang City,and conducted a questionnaire survey,we found there are two dimensions organizational commitment of social workers : attitude commitment and weigh commitments.Training opportunity have significant effect on two dimensions of organizational commitment of social workers with same level and direction of influence.Job profits have significant and positive influence on attitude commitment and weigh commitment,but former stronger than latter;individual profits have prominant effect on weigh commitment,but unnotable on attitude commitment;Training motivation have a significant and positive effect on attitude commitment but not remarkable on weigh commitment;Training support has significant and positive effect on the weigh commitment and attitude commitment.Base on the outcomes of data analysed,paper come to a conclusion that training of social workers can elavate the level of organizational commitment.So to deal with the problem of continual loss of social workers,we can solve it by means of the micro-management-training.Firstly,we must attach importance to employability of social workers;Secondly,we need to enrich training contents of social workers;Thirdly,government should increase the investment in social workers’ training;finally,we should take some measures to improve the effectiveness of social workers training.As an important topic in the field of social work,training can not only enhance the professionalism of social workers,but also solving the problem of brain drain,by taking reasonable means of training to improve the level of organizational commitment of social workers.It is undoubtedly of great practical significance for the healthy and sustainable development of social work.
