Vocational education has been paid more and more attention by the party and the state.In the nineteen major reports,the general secretary of Xi Jinping pointed out that we should give priority to the development of education,improve the vocational education and training system,deepen the integration of production and education,and cooperate with the school and enterprise.Premier Li Keqiang pointed out that it is necessary to put vocational education in a more prominent position and speed up the construction of a modern vocational education system.However,the increase in the investment of vocational education,the improvement of the training conditions and the reform of the mode of running a school can not fundamentally change the present situation of vocational education.At present,the number of students in vocational colleges is shrinking and the quality of students is decreasing.Classroom problem behaviors in teaching practice become the biggest source of occupational stress of secondary vocational school teachers,which seriously puzzles teachers and school administrators,and affects teaching quality and school reputation.The author takes Ordos polytechnic school as an example,uses literature analysis,interview,questionnaire survey and other research methods to make an in-depth investigation of the students in Secondary School of Ordos polytechnic school.First,on the basis of a large number of interviews and interviews,I sort out the current situation of classroom problem behaviors in the theory class of Erdos polytechnic school,draw the conclusion that the incidence rate of classroom problem behaviors is high,and point out that classroom questioning behaviors of secondary vocational school students are persistent and different.Secondly,it analyzes its causes,and points out five influencing factors of students,teachers,schools,families and society.Finally,in view of the causes of the problem behavior of the secondary vocational school students' theory class,the countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems of the secondary vocational students' classroom problems.Students themselves need to know the behavior of classroom problems correctly,reshape their learning goals and strengthen self-management.At the teacher level,we should improve the classroom management ability,correctly apply the management strategy,enhance the professional ability of teachers,cultivate teaching art,attach importance to the construction of teachers' ethics and concern about the three levels of teacher-student relationship.The school should give full play to the role of the class teacher,establish the linkage mechanism of home school,various activities in the form of organization,and set up a scientific curriculum.
