Study On The Training Mechanism Of Full-time Master Degree Graduate Students In Guangdong Province Facing The Needs Of Vocational Ability

Guangdong Province is the highland of China's reform and opening-up.It is also an important birthplace of the Maritime Silk Road.The development of economy,science and technology in Guangdong Province needs a large number of talents with innovative ability and practical ability.As an important way to cultivate advanced applied talents,professional degree is faced with good development opportunity.With the development of professional degree postgraduate education reform,it is an important task to strengthen the training of vocational capacity.In 2016,the Ministry of Education of Guangdong Province issued the Deepening Professional Degree Postgraduate Education Comprehensive Reform Task Book,clearly put forward the "renewing the educational concept,facing the professional competency needs to determine professional degree talent training objectives." In this paper,by means of literature study,case analysis and questionnaire,the author analyzes the present situation of vocational capacity training mechanism of full-time professional degree postgraduate in Guangdong Province by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,and probes into the problems existing in the training mechanism of professional degree postgraduate.Based on the problem-oriented,combining the reform trend of the training mechanism of professional degree postgraduate,the paper puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the vocational capacity training mechanism.The research of the thesis is divided into six parts.The first part of the introduction mainly introduces the research background,significance and the development status of vocational capacity training mechanism of postgraduates at home and abroad.The second part defines the main concepts of this paper,and introduces the relevant theoretical basis of the thesis.In the third part,the thesis analyzes the present situation and problems of the vocational capacity training mechanism of full-time professional degree postgraduate in Guangdong province.The forth part introduces the experience and revelation of professional degree postgraduate ' vocational capacity training in the United States and Japan.Part five focuses on the improvement of professional graduate students ' vocational capacity to cultivate the mechanism of the countermeasures,including the establishment of vocational capacity-oriented mechanism,postgraduate training and characteristics of theinteractive mechanism of discipline construction,research and development of cooperative training mechanism,perfect professional degree Master's award-supporting mechanism,"five in one" quality assurance mechanism.Part six is a summary of the thesis,put forward the research point of view.According to the research,we can get the following understanding:(1)With the development of social economy on the demand for advanced applied talents,the scale of professional degree postgraduate education is expanding continuously,and the social accreditation of professional degree postgraduate education is also increasing.The training of vocational capacity has gradually become the focus of the reform of professional degree postgraduate education.(2)Guangdong Province Professional degree postgraduate education develops rapidly.The Education Department also attaches great importance to the cultivation of professional degree postgraduate ' vocational capacity.However,through the empirical investigation of full-time professional degree postgraduate in Guangdong Province,it is found that there are still some problems in the cultivation of professional degree postgraduate ' vocational capacity,such as the academic course construction,the low realization rate of double tutors,the less guidance role of outside tutors,the insufficient practice training and so on.(3)The United States as the founder of professional degree postgraduate education has a mature professional degree postgraduate education system.Japanese professional degree postgraduate education also formed a national characteristics of the training system.Through the research and study of the postgraduate education of professional degree in the United States and Japan,based on the development of professional degree postgraduate education in our country,this paper studies and analyzes the present situation and problems of vocational capacity training mechanism of specialty degree postgraduates in Guangdong province.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on perfecting the vocational capacity training mechanism of specialty degree postgraduates from the aspects of professional competency orientation,the interaction between postgraduate cultivation and characteristic subject construction,the cooperative training of research and development,the perfection of Professional degree Postgraduate award-supporting mechanism and the quality guarantee of "five in one".
