The Research On Job Involvement Of The PE Teachers In Guangzhou General Universities

On the nineteen report of the party's priority to the development of education to make full deployment of the new proposed explicitly: "the construction of education is the foundation works of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation must put education in the first place" in the current context of PE teachers in Colleges and universities work in sense,both responded to the needs of the national education the development and macro policy call,is the current research focus of psychology and management,but also reflects the humanistic care in the survival of teachers occupation of social transformation in the.This paper uses the methods of literature study,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,on the basis of research context full sort of job involvement and positive psychology,construct the research framework of college physical education teachers work commitment,and design for Guangzhou area "of College PE teachers job involvement questionnaire".Randomly selected 400 PE teachers in 8universities in Guangzhou conducted a questionnaire survey,the results of the study show that:1.the general situation of physical education teachers' work engagement in Universities in Guangzhou is at a relatively high level,showing the differences of teachers' individual characteristics,such as school professional title,marriage,teaching age,status and educational background.2.main factors affecting the teachers' work engagement with personal resource factors,job resources factors and social resource factors,specifically refers to the intrinsic motivation,teachers' personal teaching efficacy,self-esteem and optimism based on the interpersonal support of teachers in the work of the leadership,colleagues,students,family and parents,job autonomy,performance feedback,occupation development opportunities,organizational justice and work environment,income and social atmosphere of respecting teachers,these factors will significantly affect the level of teachers' work engagement.3.there is a significant positive correlation between the work input and the work performance of the physical education teachers in the general colleges and universities in Guangzhou.4.the love of education and students,the pursuit of educational ideals and values,the sense of responsibility and mission to society,the demand for self,and the positiveemotional experience are the sources of College Teachers' work engagement.Based on the current work of College PE teachers in Guangzhou investment status and existing obstacles on the basis,from the perspective of positive psychology,core values,national security policy,school management and teachers to improve themselves and other aspects to improve teachers' work engagement level strategy:1.the construction of the policy guarantee system of the education fund raising mechanism,the principal responsibility system,the teacher performance salary system and the teacher's professional title system.2.countries continue to increase investment in education funding under the premise,increase the teacher performance pay funds,construct effective incentive of teacher performance pay system and ensure the stability of teachers' performance salary and investment funds adequacy increasing pay for performance incentives and the proportion of share.3.from the promotion of Headmasters' leadership and the selection system,training system,workload system,performance appraisal system and incentive system to improve the effectiveness of school management.4.from the training of professional enthusiasm,to improve professional quality,to cultivate optimistic attitude,to seek help and support for the career of teachers to start self sublimation.
