The psychological problems constrain the healthy growth of students,college students have become vulnerable groups of mental health.In 2007,the report of the17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China set forth clearly the emphasis on promoting the positive psychological quality of people;In 2017,the report of the 19 th CPC Congress,Chairman Xi Jinping emphasized the fundamental task of implementing talents project‘Lideshuren' and fostered the socialist builders and successors who are virtuous,intellectual,and all-round development.In recent years,with the implementation of the talents project ‘Lideshuren',the state has promoted the healthy growth of adolescents through health promotion projects,etc.The importance of sports in shaping the individual's body and mind has been raised to the national level,and it has not coincided with the cultivation of students' mental health.Relevant investigations and studies have found that there are many deficiencies in traditional physical education teaching,and with the rise of positive psychology,how to integrate positive thoughts into sports field to promote the development of students' psychological quality has gradually become a hot issue.This study selected 186 female college students of public physical education classes in basketball,aerobics and tennis in east china normal university,using the‘Positive Mental Characters Scale for Chinese College Students' and the‘College Student Optimistic Intelligence Quotient Questionnaire' as the measuring tool,the purpose is to explore the influence of positive physical education on female college students' positive psychological quality and optimistic intelligence quotient,to analyze the mediating effect of optimistic intelligence quotient on positive physical education and psychological quality.Effectively promote the psychological health of college students and provide a reference for physical education.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The development of female college students overall positive psychologicalquality and optimistic intelligence quotient is at the upper middle level;(2)The positive physical education teaching for 16 weeks can effectively improve the development level of the positive psychological quality of the female college students.In the improvement of these dimensions,the positive physical education teaching is better than the traditional physical education teaching;(3)Positive physical education plays a positive role in female college students optimistic intelligence quotient,which is mainly manifested in the dimension of happy infectiousness;(4)The positive physical education of basketball is better than aerobics by promoting the positive psychological quality of female college students.It is mainly manifested in the fairness and transcendence dimension(creativity,modesty,team spirit,hope and belief);(5)Positive physical education teaching promotes the development of positive psychological quality by optimistic intelligence quotient,and the optimistic intelligence quotient plays an intermediary role.
