During my teaching practice,I discovered that there are certain problems in the education of infant teachers.For example,students have low interest in learning,lacking of active initiative,and playing mobile phones in the classroom;the school's teaching methods are single;teachers' lectures are the main type;teachers and students have less interaction,which leads to unsatisfactory teaching effect.In response to the above problems,based on subjective observations in the teaching,and through questionnaire surveys,field visits and other methods,I investigated and analyzed the learners' characteristic,learners' external learning environment conditions,and fully understood the learners and teaching facilities and so on;Based on these research results,and on the basis of reading,studying,collating,and analyzing related literature and materials,I designed the basic framework of blended learning based on a combination of teaching environment,teaching methods,teaching resources,learning strategies,and teaching evaluation.Based on this framework,the blended learning instructional design applied to two courses,Preschool Children's Hygiene and Family Education for Preschool Children,Based on the implementation of teaching through the Scale method,Survey and Social Network Analysis method I analyzed the teaching process and corrected the instructional design in practice.Under the mind of theory guidance practice and the practice testing theory,the results of this study prove that the blended learning designed using the blended mind concept defined in this article can mobilize students' initiative and increase their interest in actively participating in learning,promoting communication and interaction between teachers and students;online public platform and application of social software builds an integrated teaching environment that integrates classroom and extracurricular activities,reduces technical difficulty,stimulates learners' enthusiasm for learning,and promote learners to actively participate in discussion activities.The multi-integration evaluation method is more liked by learners and more acceptable by this objective evaluation result,thus learners can be to study harder and promoting the improvement of learner's learning performance.The application of blended learning to the professional education of infant teachers has certain reference,such as changing the teaching concepts,teaching forms,and mobilize their enthusiasm for learning.
