As a unique cultural and educational institution in ancient China,the Academy has left precious wealth in the history of Chinese education.Mao Zedong evaluated three characteristics of the Academy: One is the deep emotion between teachers and students.Two is no professor management,but for spiritual intercourse and free study.Three is brief course and rigorous study.The research on Academic management,academic research and curriculum design has been fruitful,but the studies of the relationship between teachers and students are few.There is only one master's degree thesis,and dozens of articles on this topic.The author hopes that this humble text can arouse the attention of academic researchers on the study of academic teacher-student relationship,leading the academic research more complete.This is the first purpose of the study.The second is to enlighten the relationship between teachers and students of the today's college and to provide a reference for building a good teacher-student relationship of today's college.In the history of the development of Chinese academies,the Southern Song Dynasty was an era of unique charm.The institutionalization of the academy in Southern Song Dynasty,the integration of academy and Neo-Confucianism,and the academy culture of inheriting the Confucianism and benefiting the civilians together made Southern Song Dynasty academy success that the latter impossibility attain.The relationship between teachers and students formed under this background is also unique.The relationship between teachers and students in the academy of Southern Song Dynasty was produced during the teaching activities of the academy.The special interpersonal relationship,which is characterized by to teach is to learn,as well as friendship and having the same goal,reflects both the teaching activities of the academy and the historical background of the Southern Song society.The author of this paper presents the relationship between teachers and students from the perspective of teaching relationship,affective relationship and comrade relationship,and studies it with the social and historical background of Southern Song academy and Southern Song society.The effects of three aspects of the relationship between teachers and students in Southern Song Dynasty's academy are different.The teaching relationship which forms in the teaching process is the foundation of relationship between teachers and students.The affective relationship is the deepening of teacher-student relationship.The comrade relationship is the sublimation and fundamental of the relationship between teachers and students,which is the main reason of the good relationship between teachers and students in the Southern Song academy.Analysis of the basic forms of the relationship between teachers and students in Southern Song Dynasty based on the interaction between teachers and students of Zhu Xi academy.The author presents the "Fact" of the communication between teachers and students in the academy of Southern Song Dynasty,which is centered on the teaching relationship,affective relationship and comrade relationship.The teaching relationship which benefits both the teachers and students is centered on study and research.The affective relationship focuses on equal democracy as the principle of intercourse,to develop the intimate relationship.The comrade relationships based on the same academic outlook and values,to build up the stable relationship.On the basis of the basic form,this paper sums up the characteristics of the relationship between teachers and students in academy of Southern Song Dynasty:to teach is to learn,as teachers and friends and having the same goal.The reasons which cause the good relationship between teachers and students of Southern Song academy are students ' foundation,academic system,the breakthrough of classroom,the same goal and the academic culture.Finally,combining with the characteristics of teacher-and-student relationship in today`s college and the relationship between teachers and students in the Southern Song academy,this paper puts forward the communicative strategies to improve teacher-and-student relationship in today's college.
