With the rapid development of the "smart city",big data and cloud computing,Internet of things,such as mobile Internet technology make people's life become more convenient and work more efficient,the improvement of material life and the rapid development of economy.The emergence of "smart sports" has made it more convenient and diverse to meet the needs of people's physical fitness and leisure and entertainment.This article through the literature material method,field survey method and case analysis method to analyze the status quo of urban sports "smart" and the discussion of the concept and definition of "smart sports" is a kind of to meet people's physical fitness and leisure behavior,and through the intelligent technology and products provide diversity,guiding,convenient way activity can be detected.He is by group(group contains mainly people),terminal(technology and equipment),site(site required for sports)at 3 point,through three interconnected,allows end grafted better organization and site links,terminal sensing and better transformation(transition numerical)venue,terminal monitoring and better serve the organization.At the same time,on the basis of meet the three build 4 layer(basic architecture)-double system(security)combined with "sports" smart development framework,including four respectively by the infrastructure layer,data processing,technical support layer and application layer composed of double security system respectively and safety standard system and comprehensive management system.In the process of the development of urban sports "wisdom",its development path is varied,through research,this paper discuss the existing path,finally determined from the many paths in the development of its path needs to be in at 3 o 'clock(organization,sites and terminal)as the foundation,and through the management of the sports venues and facilities and services of digital,sports public service platform of management and service network and personality of the sports product development and design of intelligent three aspects of common development and mutual cooperation to achieve.The urban sports venues and facilities should be graded and managed to facilitate the transformation of information data resources;Again after public service platform of back-end data integration,storage,processing after the multistage network platform management services,present in the mobile web APP,computer,TV set-top boxes of multistage comprehensive public service platform.Meanwhile,we will monitor the user's usage and upgrade the technology and products to satisfy the whole "smart sports".
