Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Private College Students' View Of Career Selection

The employment of college students has always been an important issue of the people's livelihood in the Central Committee,the State Council and the society.Under the new historical period,along with the continuous reform of national economic system and social system of college students' employment,the employment policies of college graduates gradually from the past planned economy system under the "national unified distribution" transform into the market economy system of "free choice".As an important part of higher education,the employment problem of graduates in the private colleges increasingly serious.The reasons for the "difficult employment" of private college graduates are various.However,the problems in the private college students' view of their own career selection are the subjective reasons for their "difficult employment"."Employment" is the basis of people's livelihood and the foundation of national development.In order to promote the smooth employment of private college students,we must find reasonable countermeasures so that they can set up a view of career selection that is consistent with social development needs and their own development.This paper is guided by Marx's youth view on career selection.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the status,problems and causes of the concept of career selection of college students in private colleges.This research is divided into three parts.The first part focuses on the analysis of the concept and theoretical basis of private college students' view of career selection,and the college students should establish a correct view of career selection.The second part is the career selection survey of private college students,the survey found that college students' view of career selection has undergone positive changes in recent years,at the same time,the survey also found that the problems in their view of career selection,such as career cognitive biases,career motivation is not clear,the utilitarian value orientation of career choice,career mentality is not stable;In view of the problems existing in the view of career selection of students in private colleges,the reasons are analyzed from four perspectives: society,school,family and oneself.The third part is to cultivate private college students' correct view of career selection.The society should change the traditional cognition,the society from all walks of life to private universities,standardize the employment market and update behavior,employer recruitment concept.It is necessary for school to standardize college students' career selection cognition with the main position of classroom teaching,strengthen the education of career selection view with campus cultural activities as the carrier,improve the employment guidance mechanism of graduates to enhance the pertinence of career selection view education,and enhance the graduates' competitive potential with the training of professional skills as the support.The family should renew the parents' traditional idea of choosing a career,pay attention to the psychological changes of their children during their career selection,and reeducate their children through hard work.On our own,we should set up a lofty career ideal,correctly grasp the expected value of career selection,maintain a good attitude to career selection,and formulate a complete career plan.
