Research On The Characteristics And Countermeasures Of The Resources Structure Of The School With The Characteristics Of Campus Football In Zhejiang Provinc

With the strong support of the state,the national youth campus football activities are more and more popular.The release of a series of documents,such as the notice on the nationwide youth campus football activities,the overall plan of China's football reform,and the opinions of the Ministry of education and other six departments on accelerating the development of youth campus football,has raised the status of campus football to the "national policy".From the first selection of 8627 national youth campus football characteristic schools in 2015 to more than 20000 now,while the prosperity and development of campus football cause in China,the resource problem has become the biggest problem hindering the development of campus football cause in China.The characteristic school of campus football is a model of national promotion of campus football.Human,financial and material resources are the important guarantee to carry out campus footballBased on the school resource theory of scholar Zhang Dachao,this study first investigates the resource structure of 89 schools of 131 National Youth school football characteristic selected in the first batch of Zhejiang Province in 2015 from four aspects of human resources,financial resources,material resources and information resources through questionnaire survey,literature review and expert interview Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.In order to optimize the campus football resources,reduce regional differences,and promote the development of campus football in Zhejiang Province.The conclusion of this study is as followsIn 2015,the football activities of the first batch of national youth campus football characteristic schools selected by Zhejiang Province were carried out well as a whole However,due to the economic level,cultural development and other reasons,there are certain problems in the four aspects of human resources,financial resources,material resources and information resources in Zhejiang Province,specifically as follows:1.Human resources are reflected in the economic development of middle and weak areas of football education The degree of specialization of teachers is not high;2 The financial resources show that there is a single way of football funding in Zhejiang Province and the difference between different regions is large;3.The material resources show that the area of football field in some old city schools in Zhejiang Province is limited,which is difficult to meet the requirements of school football activities;4.The information resources show that there is a single way of information acquisition in areas with weak economic developmentAccording to the problems existing in the first batch of national campus football characteristic schools selected in Zhejiang Province in 2015,this study puts forward the following countermeasures:1.Broaden the channels of entering school,improve the understanding of campus football managers;2.Strengthen the construction of teaching staff,improve the treatment of football teachers;3.Increase the government's capital investment,attract social support;4.Establish special football field funds 5 Establish and improve the information exchange platform.
