Japan as the earliest capitalist developed country in Asia,not only has developed the economy,but also has made a leap forward in the education.The basic education in Japan has a certain reference to the educational reform in China.Therefore,this paper is going to study the Japanese textbooks in primary school.The Japanese Ministry of culture and science has divided the reading content of Japanese textbooks in primary school into two categories: literary articles and illustrative articles.Exposition is a powerful way to popularize scientific knowledge and cultivate students' scientific thinking.In the reading teaching of Japanese textbooks in primary school,Teaching materials of illustrative articles and literature articles are paid almost equal attention.Therefore,this paper is taking Mitsumura Version(approved in 2014)as an example,and discussing the expositions' characteristics and the value orientations of Japanese textbooks in primary school.The content of this article is divided into four parts,and the contents of the parts are as follows:The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,research significance,research methods and relevant literature reviews.Try to clarify the research context of illustrative articles of Japanese textbooks in primary school.The second part mainly studies the content and the value orientation of these selected illustrative articles.The contents of the expositions' selection are mainly studied from the aspects of quantity,grade distribution and characteristics,etc.The research of value orientation mainly includes three aspects: the individual value of children,the overall value of society and the value of the national language.The third part focuses on the arrangement of expositions in Japanese textbooks.By drawing on the basis of the texts,it is found that the unit structure of the expositions in the Japanese textbooks is arranged clearly and coherently.The number of illustrations is abundant and the authenticity of illustrations is high.What's more,the arrangement of the expanded reading is classified scientifically and selectively.The fourth part is based on the research of the expositions' arrangement and selection in Japanese textbooks,and reflects our Chinese textbooks,especially the expositions' arrangement and selection.Also put forward some inspirations and suggestions about the exposition of Chinese textbooks in the primary school.According to the contents of selected expositions of Japanese textbooks in primary school,this article will discuss the illustrative articles' recommendations from the theme selection,content writing,cultural infiltration,structure design,the development of thinking and the combination of reading and writing.In the arrangement of the illustrative articles,we mainly think about the rational arrangement of the units,the scientific selection of illustrations and the concrete deepening of the reading expansion.Through this study,I hope to dig out the compilation's characteristics and value about the expositions of Japanese textbooks in the elementary school.Enrich the research on the Japanese textbooks and the Japanese primary education.At the same time,it also provides reference for the compilation and selection of the illustrative articles of Chinese textbooks in the primary school,promote the smooth progress of educational reform in our country.
