Classroom learning is the main content of students 'school life,so strengthen the cultivation of students' autonomous cooperative learning in classroom management is an important way of this study.The general idea of this study is that when implementing the teaching goals and tasks,teachers should take students 'cognitive basis,level of experience into consideration,exploring some factors that benefit the cultivation of students' autonomous cooperative learning.Later,teachers could make some adjustments to the classroom teaching objectives,teaching content and teaching methods and combine the content that is related to fostering students' ability of autonomous cooperative learning,so that the effectiveness of classroom teaching management can be optimized.On the basis of the knowledge of about the current situation of group autonomous cooperative learning in Lanzhou No.63 Middle School,the author tries to find out the factors that affect the classroom management and explore a way to optimize the management of autonomous cooperative teaching.Date are collected through case studies,the study of some typical cases,in-depth study,the results that the author got from recording others' lectures,students' reactions,their communication among group members while carrying out autonomous cooperative learning.The situation of students' previewing,and carrying out independent learning are also be taken into consideration.From the study above,the author got the following results:It can cultivate students' sense of collaboration and develop their habits of cooperation.They can learn from each other,master sufficient knowledge in an easy atmosphere.Meanwhile,their friendship is also enhanced.That caters to social requirements of education and modern talents,and it is also of great help in their future work.Students' dominant position is greatly emphasized,their independent spirit of exploration is also stimulated.Students can fully play the dominant position,feel free to develop their own ability,and learn to think actively.At the same time,teachers can spur students' eagerness of acquiring new knowledge and new methods by raising questions properly.Students' horizons will be broadened,which later will promote the development of students' intelligence.By communicating and cooperating with others,their thoughts will become more logical.Getting rid of their self-centered state,the students can get a lot of information from others,think about the matters from different aspects and get a different way to analysis and solve the problems.All these can improve their own ability of carrying out logical thinking,of self-expression and adaptability.Finally,the writer hopes this study will provide ideas and examples to other teachers on independent cooperative management of classroom teaching.
