For a hundred years,education is the first,It is not only the demand of the ancestors for the equal rights of education,but also the core value principle in the process of modern government's social governance.Education of public services connected to the past and the future of the nation state,even every citizen's development,with the transition of the social principal contradictions of the new era,to solve education in the development of regional public services "unbalanced" and "inadequate" become a hot issue in academic research and government practice.However,the difference between the inter-provincial education public service becomes the main embodiment of "imbalance" and "insufficient".Education multidimensional differences of public service,and large single dimension evaluation of evaluation research in and out of very large,and the service level is not sufficient,supply imbalance at the reliability and validity of the current education the main contradiction of public services.Starting from the problem,around the education level of public service and supply validity in double dimension of evaluation studies,the results through the response to the education of public service supply insufficient and uneven,and improve education level of public service is given based on the measured results and validity of the optimal path.Justice theory,welfare economics theory as the theoretical support,surrounding provincial education level and validity of public services,establish education evaluation index system of public service,to the national education from 2013 to 2015 years of public service on a provincial level and performance analysis.The analysis and evaluation of cross-sectional data and time series data of 31 provincial-level regions of China were carried out using the method of good and bad solutions and data envelopment analysis.The results show that the public service level of education is divided and the overall level is low.Education input-output structure imbalance,education public service supply efficiency urgently needs to be improved;Education public service supply mode has seriously restricted the improvement of the annual validity.Based on the above problems,research on national,local and social,put forward the optimization of education financial input in public services,improve the education system arrangement of public service,at the same time encourage diversified education supply mode optimization countermeasures,in order to solve the problems existing in the education of public service at present stage.
