With the advent of the Internet age,web-based self-active learning as a new learning method has been accepted by more and more learners.With the accumulation of time,the deficiencies in the evaluation mechanism of web-based self-active learning have become increasingly prominent,and even affect the construction of teachers' learning resources and the improvement of learning effectiveness of learners.Based on this background,this study observes the current web-based self-active learning,summarizes and analyzes the existing problems.Then,to develop the basic theory of the process evaluation of the web-based self-active learning,and integrate the thought of the process evaluation into the general process of web-based self-active learning.Finally,By using the advantages of network technology,a procedural evaluation model suitable for web-based self-active learning is constructed.The whole model is based on learning,evaluation and other related theories,and the model organically integrate the four key elements of learning motivation,learning style,learning process and learning effect.After the model construction is completed,this study obtains the corresponding data through the design of measurement tools and the implementation of research and other processes,and to verify and modify it by the structure equation model.To a certain extent,this model has broken through the environmental limitation of traditional self-active learning,and improved the traditional network of independent learning evaluation content of a single,method of irrational,longer period and other issues.The model starts from the student body to take multi-element factors into consideration,through the network technology makes processes and effects can promote each other,the interaction between supervision and feedback.Thus,it is more effective,scientific and comprehensive to help students self-active learning,and learning through the network platform understand their learning effects and shortcomings through the network learning platform.The model is to monitor the learning process in order to cultivate the learners' Metacognitive Ability,andstrengthening the teacher's mastery of the students' individualized learning,therefore,it is convenient for teachers to give individualized guidance to the learners and the improvement and improvement of the curriculum,finally,optimizing the students' web-based self-active learning effect.
