In recent years,under the requirements of changing the economic development mode and advancing the strategic adjustment of the industrial structure,the demand for mid-level skilled talents in the market has gradually increased.China continues to adjust and improve the secondary vocational education policy to adapt to the new changes in economic development and transformation.At present,secondary vocational schools need to solve two problems: First,what measures can be taken to build a talent training model with vocational education characteristics to accelerate the development of secondary vocational education;Second,how to adapt China's secondary vocational education to economic development,and to cultivate the market in urgent need of urgent shortages.Skilled talents.This article takes the deep integration of vocational schools and colleges as an entry point,points out the role of deep integration of schools and enterprises,and explores the problems existing in the current status of deep integration of school and enterprise integration: First,the secondary vocational education Talent training is not supported by the government's strong policy support and institutional guarantees.Second,in the process of deep integration of schools and enterprises,the recognition of secondary vocational education talents by enterprises is not enough,and cooperation enthusiasm is not high;Third,the level of cooperation between schools and enterprises is shallow.The mode of running a school is not scientific enough.Fourth,because the faculty of the school is weak,it fails to provide strong human resources for the training of secondary vocational education talents.Fifth,because of the conflict between the production cycle of the enterprise and the teaching cycle of the school,it fails to be effective.Coordination.These problems have greatly hindered the deep integration of schools and enterprises and the training of secondary vocational education personnel.In order to promote the deep integration of schools and enterprises and promote the optimization of the training model of secondary vocational education talents,this paper proposes corresponding solutions: to build a government guarantee mechanism for the deep integration of schools and enterprises,to provide institutional guarantee for personnel training,and to enhance the social responsibility of enterprises participating in cooperation.Increase the participation of enterprises in the deep integration of school and enterprise initiative;strengthen the construction and cultivation of dual-qualified teams,and effectively coordinate the contradictions in the process of school-enterprise deep integration.In the end,a study was conducted based on the deep integration of the school and enterprise level of the Hubei Jingmen Vocational Education Group,and the recommendations for the optimization of the personnel training model were put forward through investigation: the establishment of a “teaching workshop” and an “factory-based” school;implementation of “combination of production with education” and “doing” Substantialize schools;implement "orders" training,and run "cooperative" schools;expand school functions,and run "training" schools.Through the transformation of the training mode,the smooth integration of school and enterprise has been realized.
