Education is the foundation of national rejuvenation in recent years, The government has payed more attention on rural education, and made some useful polices. Because of the adjustment of rural primary and middle school, boarding schools play an important role among them. The policy that combines different schools together which are too small to continue has improved the teaching and hardware part of school. But also it brings some manage matters. This research is focus on a boarding school near the suburban whose most students are came from rural and the teachers from urbanization. It is a complicated question that how to develop this kind of diversified rural boarding school, how to deal with there teenager students. The researcher has found out the resource of management problems in rural boarding school by questionnaire, investigating and visiting students of a certain school. And gave out some solutions which can also be used in other rural boarding schools.Today, there are lots of successful educational reform examples. It is a great devotion for the managers when they update management idea, try new ideas. The Hohhot No. twenty-two middle school made a brave attempt on absorbing part. No matter what the result is, the problems difficulties experience, are going to be the new subject of boarding school management. And provide enough material and significance to the management of rural area residence students.The article is divided into three parts:The first part is mainly about the reason and meaning of this topic. Review related research methods and areas so as to provide a theoretical basis for the research in this paper. In the second part, the paper sum up the problems on boarders management by analyzing the students, as well as questionnair investigating and visiting boarding students. The problems are including the dormitory management, food, psychology and self study, which are caused by the investment is not well considered, leaders’ extremely methods, superior heavy inspection, teachers instability and other reasons.In the third part, the paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures which are based on the reason generated for the problem, student-centered educational philosophy and the school situation. The article suggests to transform education idea, explore suitable thought for rural students, establish humanistic management system. And take an effective management with the cooperation of society parents and school.
