The study was targeted for three rural boarding junior middle school in Songshan District, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia for investigation and research, and adopted the methods of the questionnaire, literature study, statistical analysis, and others. It displayed comprehensively the current situation of the management of the rural boarding junior middle school students, and put forward practical and effective coping strategy with a view to providing practical guidance to the healthy development of the rural basic education on the basis of the analysis of existing problems. The paper is made up of four parts:Part I:Introduction. In this part, the author elaborated the origin on the issue, the purpose and significance of the study, literature review, research methods and processes, and the definition of the related concepts.Part II:Theoretical basis of the management of the rural boarding junior middle school students. The author provided the theoretical basis of coping strategies and measures for the management of the students in the rural boarding junior middle school through the analysis of the level of need, target management theory, people management theory and the theory of self-management.Part III:The analysis of existing problems and reasons for the management of the students in the rural boarding junior middle school. The author conducted in-depth discussions on the security risks of students'management in current rural boarding junior middle school, the loss of mental health advice and ease of the students, the incompleteness of the content of teaching management and many other issues, in the meanwhile analyzed the reasons for these problems in this part.Part IV:Coping strategies and measures for students'management in the rural boarding junior middle school. Transformation of educational concepts, emphasis on safety education, implementation of the input of funds, establishment and improvement of campus security system, consolidation of students'mental health education in rural boarding junior middle school, earnestly strengthening the supervision and management of the leadership of schools and departments in charge of food hygiene, changes of ideas, constant innovation and exploration of new ways of management, the improvement of the teaching and learning process and optimization of teaching management by adopting a variety of measures are included in this part.
