Kyrgyzstan is adjacent to Xinjiang,China,with its geographical advantages and economic and trade contacts,attracting a large number of Chinese people in Kyrgyzstan,and the "Chinese fever" has been quietly passed around the country.With the promotion of "One Belt And One Road" strategy,more and more people with lofty ideals are looking at the situation,and the Chinese community is growing stronger and stronger.To use economic capital,to mobilize intellectual resources,to engage in strategic construction,to build Bridges,to be a folk emissary,to work together for a good neighborly friendship.For overseas Chinese and their children's Chinese language education is known as the "project hope" overseas,in Chinese extremely use up,guide their offspring to study Chinese,in Chinese children to participate in the Chinese language training has become a trend.Based on the research idea of "practice investigation,analysis and countermeasures",this paper investigates the current situation of Chinese characters reading and writing in ethnic Chinese children,and lists the common problems of Chinese characters reading and writing in the national library of the national library of Bishkek humanistic Confucius institute,and puts forward the teaching countermeasures in combination with the teaching practice.Aiming at the Chinese children group,the particularity of Chinese teaching lies in the lack of Chinese language environment and Chinese culture in the Chinese children compared with the children of the same age in the domestic Chinese language education.Compared with foreign children of the same age,Chinese children of Chinese origin have a family Chinese environment,and it is generally accepted that there is no harm;Compared with the second language acquisition represented by overseas students,Chinese children have a strong sense of language,good pronunciation and good writing.In this article,we use the survey method to study the status of Chinese characters in the Chinese language of children in the age of 6 to 12;Use case analysis,on children YCT4 class Chinese literacy assessment;Using the literature method,we can draw on the classification standard of Chinese characters' reading and writing errors,and summarize the common problems of Chinese characters.Using the practical method,it's based on a reading and writing situation.
