In recent years,not only In the education research,the new orientation of "practice orientation" appeared,and the regulation of the state's policy on teacher training is also advocating the idea of "practice oriented".However,there are many problems in the current curriculum design of primary and secondary school teacher training,which are inconsistent with the "practice orientation".These problems ultimately affect the quality of teacher training courses and the healthy development of teacher training.Therefore,this dissertation will probe deeply into such aspects as the connotation,feature,value pursuit,theoretical basis,principles,basic elements and processes and methods of the curriculum design of primary and secondary school teacher training with the "practice orientation" as a goal combining the characteristics of the curriculum design of primary and secondary school teacher training with the recent literature,survey method,the Delphi method reports.Specifically including the following aspects: first,this study is a real interpretation of the practice-oriented training course design on primary and secondary school teachers,it is starting from the practice of teachers' professional growth,according to the value perspective of practice reflection,In accordance with the curriculum concept for the practice-oriented,putting practice at the core of the system of teacher training course,systematic arrangement and planning for the basic elements of teacher training courses,finally,forming an operable course plan entity.It stresses the ultimate goal of curriculum design-pointing to practice and the organic integration of the teaching practice and the theory course.It not only emphasis on the internal demand of teachers' professional growth-practical reason,but also the training of teachers for practice,by practice and in practice.It is characterized by practicality,introspection,constructivism,autonomy and subjectivity.It mainly focuses on three aspects,such as paying attention to practical problems,pursuing practical wisdom and advocating rational practice.Secondly,the study investigate the theoretical basis of practice-oriented training course design on primary and secondary school teachers,we respectively discuss the theory of phenomenology of education,schwab's practical curriculum theory and constructivism curriculum view which support for it.Third,the study establishes the practice-oriented training course design on primary and secondary school teachers should follow the principles of effectiveness,integrity,diversity,openness and dialogue.Fourth,based on the theoretical basis and principles of practice-oriented training course design on primary and secondary school teachers,elaborated the specific design of five elements.Fifth this curriculum design is based on the following process and method: question introduction—doubt,theoretical cognition—knowledge,reflection experience —thinking and practice action—action.
