Adolescents are the hope of the country,their growth and development level related to the development of the country.Rational diet is the basic condition for the intellectual development and physical growth of teenagers,and it is also the first task to establish good behavior habits and correct eating attitude.However,the nutritional status of adolescents has been worrying and undernourished for a long time.Obesity,bad eating behavior(often eat fried food,snacks)and other phenomena are very common,which is the lack of nutrition education on a certain level,nutrition education directly affects students' nutrition knowledge,nutrition behavior,nutritional attitude change.However,in the senior middle school,there is no uniform guidance document in our country.As a result,the curriculum related to nutrition is lack of overall arrangement,and the teachers of biology in senior high school are relatively weak in the practice of infiltrating nutrition education.However,there are a lot of materials related to the camp in the senior high school biology textbook of the education edition.If the students are infiltrated with nutrition knowledge in the process of biology teaching,this will enrich the nutrition knowledge of teenagers and change their nutritional attitude.Developing healthy nutritional behavior has a positive effect.In this paper,10 biology teachers and 300 senior high school students in Wudang Middle School in Guiyang City were investigated.The present situation of infiltrating nutrition education was comprehensively understood by questionnaire,and the nutritional knowledge and behavior of the students were analyzed through the present situation.At the same time,the students of two parallel classes are chosen as the objects of teaching practice of infiltrating nutrition education.After the teaching practice,the nutrition knowledge and behavior of the students in the two classes are studied.The influence of nutrition education on students' nutrition knowledge,behavior,attitude and biological achievement was evaluated objectively by means of statistical analysis of attitude and biological achievement.According to the teacher ' s questionnaire,80 % of the teachers thought that the nutrition education had certain help to the students to widen their knowledge,reasonable diet and develop good behavior habits.In "three meals a day",19.1% of the students attach great importance to it,must keep the quality and quantity,72% of the students generally pay attention to,eat full line,which shows that the students' attitude towards diet is relatively negative.In terms of nutritional behavior,only 65.6% of the students insisted on eating breakfast every day,And 34.4 % student don't realize the importance of breakfast.Through the teaching practice of infiltrating nutrition education in two parallel classes of grade one,the results show that There was no significant change in the students' physique between the experimental class and the control class(P > 0.05),the average scores of the experimental class and the control class are 75.70 and 53.33 in the nutrition knowledge test,and the difference is very significant through the independent sample t test(P < 0.01).In nutritional behavior,the proportion of students who insisted on eating breakfast every day increased by 15.2b;in nutritional attitude,the proportion of students eating reasonable diet increased 28.2%.After practical teaching,the biological scores of the students were measured and analyzed.The average biological scores of the experimental class and the control class were 70.025 points respectively.,69.425,after testing,the biological scores of the two classes were not significantly different,which indicated that it was feasible to infiltrate nutrition education in the course of biology teaching in senior high school,and it had a certain promoting effect on the improvement of students' nutrition knowledge.But the effect on students' biological achievement and students' physical condition is not obvious.
