Nutrition education focuses on the nutritional knowledge of social practice, throughnutritional education influence individual and group cognition and behavior, thuseliminating health risk factors.However,school is an important way of disseminating theknowledge of nutrition.In recent years,our country has tried and presented many coursesabout nutrition education in many primary and secondary schools.At present, thecurriculum in our country which penetrate nutrition knowledge is mainly about healtheducation, and then followed by labor and technology,sports and health, biology andchemistry. But there haven’t been some specified uniform curriculum class guidancedocument about nutrition in our country.As a result,it leads to the lack of necessaryco-ordination in the contents of some related courses,so some theory research about themethods of teaching in classroom remains weak.New curriculum of high school biology pays attention to the students’ healthydevelopment, pay attention to the students’ health knowledge and the form of healthy wayof life. Senior school is the key period to develop a healthy lifestyle and to establish apositive attitude to life,so that it is one of the aims to help students to learn to live ahealthy life during the education in senior school and it is also an important task. In seniorschool biology,nutrition education should be penetrated in biology classroom,it is animportant to promotes students full scale development initiatives. On the one hand,it ishelpful for students to understand the actual application value of biological knowledge,italso can deepen students’understanding of the subject, stimulates the students’interest instudying biology and relieve students’pressure of their homework.On the other hand,it canpromote the students to master the knowledge of nutrition, which is beneficial to correcttheir bad habits of life, build a positive attitude to life, health, improve the quality of life.This article carry out the study through the questionnaire revealed the lack of their nutritionknowledge and poor eating habits.Through interviews of high school biology teachers, theresults show that most high school biology teachers to realize that senior school students aclear lack of corresponding knowledge of nutrition.While the senior school is the importantguarantee for the healthy development of students. In order to meet the needs of thedevelopment of students, the school health education should be strengthened.Through the text analysis on high school biology and high school biology curriculumstandard,and using senior school biology textbook module1of Zhejiang as an example,itcan sum up the relevant knowledge of senior school biology and nutrition education. Meanwhile it is believed that there are some discipline advantages during senior schoolbiology education which penetrates nutrition.Acorrding to the new curriculum ideas,some strategies in senior school biologyteaching with nutrition education penetrated are summarized through the usual teachingcase analysis. This paper argues that nutrition education should be integrated into theteaching of every link, students should be enable the to learn the knowledge at anatmosphere of music,meanwhile they can master the knowledge of nutrition.In this paper, through the students nutritional knowledge test and corresponding data analysis, the results reflect to a certain extent in the classroom, the students get some knowledge of nutrition; through biology teacher interviews, found that their student’s current level of nutritional knowledge satisfaction, that the level of student nutrition and health has increased, diet and other habits improved.
