With the development of western teaching effectiveness,teaching behavior research has become an important proposition in the study of modern teaching theory.Is the premise of teaching activities,teaching behavior is the core of the teaching system and the most dynamic part.In twenty-first Century the basic education curriculum reform,it has a new study on requirement of teaching behavior,teaching behavior has become a hot topic in teaching research.Primary school mathematics teaching behavior,according to the goal,can be divided into the effective teaching behavior and ineffective teaching behaviors.Ineffective teaching behavior will cause the teaching activity decreased,teaching quality is not high,resulting in students' emotional weariness.Effective teaching behavior is helpful to achieve the teaching goals,long-term and effective for children development,teachers teach music the formation of the students,students learn music,development of virtuous circle.In the current primary school mathematics teaching,there are still ineffective teaching behaviors.According to the practical mode of thinking theory,points out that teaching behavior should not be ineffective teaching behavior,and thus,classroom observation is analyzed on the basis of primary school mathematics teaching invalid behavior and its causes.Effective teaching behaviors in primary school mathematics is a primary school mathematics teachers use teaching theory,the teaching behavior in a series of teaching,create more teaching results with less input,so as to achieve the goal of teaching,improve the quality of teaching activities.According to the theory of essentialism and the principle of seeking truth from facts,reveals the essence of effective teaching behaviors in primary school mathematics and the basic characteristic,and obtained the efficiency,effectiveness,effectiveness of the development of the times,cultural,situational,integrity,diversity and relativity is to determine the effective teaching behavior of the “ten standards”.Effective teaching behaviors in primary school mathematics is the result of the conditions including prerequisites,key conditions and auxiliary conditions.Inaddition,in the teaching process to reflect the behavior of the effective teaching of primary school mathematics teaching,such as the preparation for teaching text,teaching object,teaching behavior preparation methods;teaching links including cooperation and interaction inquiry teaching;teaching evaluation,including the development of links,diversity,evaluation of the process behavior.Specific ways of effective teaching behaviors in primary school mathematics,including about behavior,questioning behavior,behavior and feedback behavior,the behavior of management about behavior,appropriate choice about the content,enthusiasm about language vivid,focusing on scientific questions about;behavior,improve the quality,grasp the moment to ask questions,should face all the students show;behavior,select the appropriate display time,combined with the speech act,at the same time does not increase too much stimulation;management behavior,strengthen the positive habits of students in class,the establishment of democratic norms of classroom order,using the role of nonverbal behavior management;feedback behavior,feedback forms and language should be diversified,timely feedback to comprehensive.
