The Opinion on Implementing Inheritance Development of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council emphasizes that to carry forward Chinese excellent traditional culture is related to the great power of socialism construction,enhancement of national cultural soft power,and realization of Chinese dream for great rejuvenation in Chinese nation.In addition,Music Curriculum Standard of Compulsory Education also mentions the importance of carrying forward Chinese traditional culture,formulates and standardizes the process and target of music education in Chinese middle and primary schools,and confirms the nature of humanity,aesthetics and practicalness,developing an important on the music education road.Based on the development of social economic culture,the Napo Zhuang folk song constantly forms the national intangible cultural heritage with historical value,academic value,artistic value and practical value.As the cultural symbol of the Napo Zhuang people,the Napo Zhuang folk song“Guoshanqiang” forms the material carrier of social life exchange and culture with special significance by virtue of singing skills,rhythmic features,melodic features,and meaning structure.The multi-aspect studies about the Napo Zhuang folk song in the Napo County have already gained some research achievements,but there are few studies on primary school music education.Under the policy of the national strategy,to purposefully develop and apply “Guoshanqiang” in school music education is a task for most of educators.The author responds to the national strategic measure to regard Chinese excellent traditional culture and national-level intangible cultural heritage Napo Zhuang folk song “Guoshanqiang”as the development point and stand out the importance of “Guoshanqiang” music culture in the school music education.With the perspective of educational heritage,core of field investigation,and assistance of national policy document and folk data,the author summarizes the artistic form of Napo Zhuang folk song “Guoshanqiang”,education development value,status in middle school education,and inheritance development measure in middle school education.This paper is divided into six parts:Part 1(introduction)mainly introduces the research origin and significance of cultural inheritance in “Guoshanqiang” music,mainly combines with the national strategic document,domestic and overseas research status on Napo Zhuang folk song “Guoshanqiang”,uses “Guoshanqiang”,course,students and teachers as the research objects,applies field investigation method,literature research method,questionnaire method,and interview method as the research methods in this paper,and analyzes the development situation of “Guoshanqiang” in five middle schools of the Napo County.Part 2(the overview of “Guoshanqiang” music culture” is one of subjects in this paper,analyzes “ Guoshanqiang ” origin and music art form of“ Guoshanqiang ” representatives,including rhythm analysis,word meaning analysis,mode tonality and melody in works.The author realizes that“Guoshanqiang” origin is an indispensable step in this paper and also the first place of the development chain and lays the development status of “Guoshanqiang”in Napo County,Guangxi Province or even the whole country.Part 3(development of “Guoshanqiang” music culture and educational value embodiment)is also one of the subjects,elaborates the development of“ Guoshanqiang ” music culture and educational value,gets involved in the horizontal development and longitudinal development in “Guoshanqiang” music culture,and includes factors affecting students' moral education,aesthetic education and comprehensive knowledge development.This part plays a connecting link in this paper,stands out the importance of national-level intangible cultural heritage Napo Zhuang folk song “Guoshanqiang” music culture in educational teaching,and complies with the national and era development requirements.Part 4(status investigation of “Guoshanqiang” in music education of five middle schools in the Napo County)is an important part in this paper.Beginning with the music education in middle schools,the table is used to display the student number of five schools,music teacher number,and curriculum setting.In addition,the author uses the questionnaire method and interview method to analyze“ Guoshanqiang ” status in five middle schools of the Napo County,has a conversation with multiple music teachers,and grants questionnaires to students.Moreover,this part summarizes multiple problems of “Guoshanqiang” in middle school music education teaching.Part 5(countermeasures on inheriting and developing “Guoshanqiang” music culture education” regards students as the fundamental foothold.To develop“Guoshanqiang” music inheritance into school education has the inevitability.According to problems of “Guoshanqiang” music culture in middle school education,by combining with the active inheritance mode,the author uses soft power to promote heritance quality of “Guoshanqiang” music culture and applies hard power to enhance inheritance and development of “Guoshanqiang” music culture,so as to analyze inheritance and development of “Guoshanqiang music culture education and propose the countermeasures conforming to inheritance and development of music education in local schools.Part 6(conclusions)systemically elaborates the key points of the paper,summarizes from the foundation,demonstrative method,formative clue and inheritance mode,analyzes shortcomings in the writing process,and lays a foundation on relevant education study work in the future.
