The value orientation of young people determines the value orientation of the entire society in the future,and young people are in a period of formation and establishment of values.It is very important to cultivate values of this period.At present,the weakening of pro-social behavior is becoming more and more common.As a guide to pro-social behavior,pro-social value orientation once formed will guide people to selectively conduct activities in a certain direction.General Secretary Xi Jinping profoundly clarified the special significance of strengthening personality shaping in promoting the healthy growth of young college students in the important exposition of Li Tzushu.However,it is very rare to study the prosocial value orientation from the perspective of positive personality.In order to study the influence relationship between positive personality and prosocial value orientation of college students and explore the path of pro-social value orientation,this study used the “Questionnaire of Positive Personality Traits of College Students”compiled by Meng Yanpeng and the “Prosocial Value Orientation Questionnaire” compiled by Yang Jing as the research tool used the cluster sampling method to select college students from eight colleges and universities in GuangXi to conduct surveys.A total of 1,002 students' information was collected as research data,and social science system software SPSS20.0 was used for analysis and processing.Research on the Status Quo and Relationship between Positive Personality,Prosocial Value Orientation and Social.Through the difference test,correlation analysis and regression analysis of college students' positive personality and their prosocial value orientation,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the positive personality of college students and the average scores of their respective factors are all above the scale's median value of 3,and they are in the middle-upper level.The ordering of each factor is: trustworthy> cooperation> inclusiveness> acting style> acceptance> self-confidence.Second,the results of the difference test show that there are significant differences in positive demographic factors and some factors among demographic variables:(1)There is a significant gender difference in confidence factor,inclusiveness factor,and acceptance factor.(2)Positive overall personality,self-confidence There are significant differences in grade,factor,inclusion,cooperation,and acceptance factors among the grades.(3)There is a significant difference in the overall type of positive personality,cooperative factors,and trustworthiness factors.(4)Positive personality,confidence factor,and performance style Factors,inclusive factors,cooperation factors,and acceptance factors have extremely significant differences in the types of majors.(5)There are extremely significant differences in the positive personality,acting style factor,inclusive factor,cooperation factor,and acceptance factor in the presence or absence of student cadre experience.There are significant differences.Thirdly,the prosocial value orientation of college students and their average scores of all factors are all above the middle scale of the scale,and they are in the middle and upper level.The ordering of each factor in order is: empathy orientation> normative orientation> altruistic orientation> self-interest orientation.Fourth,the results of the difference test showed that there were significant differences in positive demographic factors and some of the demographic variables among the demographic variables:(1)There was a significant difference in gender in orientation factors,and there was a significant difference in altruistic orientation factors.(2)There is a significant difference in the overall value orientation among the grades,there is a very significant difference in the norm orientation factor.(3)There is a significant difference in the family type of the ego orientation factor,and there is a very significant difference in the type of the ego orientation factor and the altruistic orientation factor.(4)There is a significant difference in the normative orientation factor.(5)There are extremely significant differences between the self-directed and altruistic factors in the presence or absence of student leaders.Fifth,there is an extremely significant positive correlation between the overall positive personality of college students and the pro-social values.The positive personality of college students has a positive predictive effect on the value orientation of pro-society.The explanation rate is 10.7%.The acceptance factor and cooperation factor of college students' positive personality are the predictors of the prosocial value orientation,and the explanation rate for it is 8%.The inclusiveness and cooperation factors of positive personality of college students have a linear regression relationship with the prosocial value orientation of college students.Their explanatory variables of pro-social value orientation are 10.1% and 12.3% respectively.Based on the above exploration and research results,on the basis of following the principles of ideological and political education and the law of development,this study proposes educational strategies to guide the value proposition of pro-society pro-societies from the perspective of positive personality.First,take personal promotion as a breakthrough point: actively recognize and transform the concept of co-opetition;be rational and tolerant,adhere to the awareness of rules;feel “flow of heart” and enhance self-efficacy;step out of homestead and develop positive interpersonal relationships.Second,take the school education as the main position: play the role of the classroom as the main channel,establish a reasonable cognitive approach,strengthen the practice of practice training,and cultivate the ability to empathize;play the role of the psychological center,cultivate positive psychological adjustment mechanisms;and strengthen the quality of the teachers' team.Moral education.Third,we will carry out home education throughout the entire process: creating a positive family culture code;expanding positive emotions in close relationships.Fourth,take social norms as the starting point: create a positive group normative environment;improve the network public opinion supervision mechanism.
