Objective: In this study, to explore the effect of improved chiropractic therapy forfour weeks on elite taekwondo athletes’ anti-fatigue ability, immune function andblood rheology in Shaanxi Province during during the winter was explored for areliable way to eliminate fatigue increase immune system and improve sportperformance to provide theoretical and practical basisMethods: This study selected16Elite taekwondo athletes in Shaanxi Province, whichwere randomly divided into experimental group (improved chiropractic therapyintervention group) and the control group, each group of8people. Experimentalgroup took improved Chiropractic therapy intervention, every other day, every20minutes for a period of four weeks. The control group did not take any interventionsduring a period of four weeks. Second week, sixth week after the increase of theamount of training, relevant indexes of physiological and biochemical index, immuneindex, blood rheology were tested and given statistics.Results:(1) Compared with before, The AST, Urea and LDH of the experimental groupdecreased significantly, while LDH of the control group increased significantly, bloodUrea of the experimental group had a significant difference (P <0.05), at the sametime, AST and LDH had an extremely significant difference (P <0.01). All indexes ofthe control group had no significant difference (P>0.05).(2) Compared with before, immunoglobulin IgM of experimental group and control group decreased, and thechange of control group was more obviously, IgM of the experimental group had nosignificant difference (P>0.05), but IgM of the control group had significantdifference (P <0.05).(3)Compared with before, WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, PLT ofexperimental group and control group increased, and the change of control group wasmore obviously, WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, PLT and the blood routine of theexperimental group had no significant difference (P>0.05), but RBC, HGB, HCT ofthe control group had significant difference (P <0.05).(4) Compared with before, allblood rheology indicators decreased significantly except hematocrit, hematocrit wasconsistent with HCT in blood routine, whole blood viscosity values, whole blood lowshear viscosity values, whole blood high shear viscosity values, whole blood highshear relative index, whole blood low shear relative index and red cell assemblingindex of the experimental group had no significant difference (P>0.05), HCT, wholeblood high shear relative index, whole blood low shear relative index and red cellassembling index of control group had a significant difference but HCT extremely significant difference (P <0.01), others had no significant difference (P>0.05).(5)Compared with before, morning pulse, SBP and DBP of the experimental groupdecreased significantly, morning pulse had significant difference (P <0.05), DBP hadan obviously significant difference (P <0.01). But morning pulse, SBP and DBP ofthe control group had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)Improved chiropractic therapy can relieve fatigue and promote theathlete ability recovery;(2) Improved chiropractic therapy on immune functiondecline caused by exercise-induced fatigue has a certain role in mitigation;(3)Improved chiropractic therapy can improve the microcirculation, has a certainimproving effect on blood rheology;(4) The therapy is simple and easy operated, hasno side effect. The exercise program is a good prospect of application, which canfurther popularize athletes engaged in skill dominated antagonism project.
