Secondary occupation education is the base of the occupation education development level,the construction for the development of socialist market economy and socialist harmonious society to cultivate a large number of basic technical talents,closely related to the quality of technical talents,how to practice teaching of secondary vocational school teachers group,innovation and reflection ability,which is the key to the secondary vocational schools the quality of the.In practice,teachers group teaching,reflection and innovation ability level in addition to teaching in daily school,also can be shown in the teachers participating in the cooperation process,the adjustment of economic structure and industrial structure upgrading based on the demand for talent,improve the teachers' ability of school enterprise cooperation is an important task for the development of Vocational schools.In order to investigate the current situation of vocational school teachers' school enterprise cooperation ability,the attribution of existing problems,and the way to enhance their ability level,it is necessary to carry out systematic and scientific research on secondary vocational school teachers' school enterprise cooperation ability level.Based on the DACUM work analysis method,carry out the DACUM work analysis seminar,discuss the capacity domain and ability element of secondary vocational school teachers' school enterprise cooperation ability.Combined with literature,questionnaire and interview carried out the research.The thesis is mainly composed of three parts and the contents of the five chapters: first,the introduction part.Through literature analysis,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,the definition of core concepts,the literature review,the research contents and research framework,and research methods,so as to pave the way for future research.Second,the main part of the study.This is a cooperation ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools and related theoretical research,introduces the connotation of enterprise cooperation ability and points out the significance of the research of vocational school teachers,and ability of secondary vocational school teacher and students in secondary vocational schools;two is the use of DACUM analysis and preliminary work ability to construct vocational teachers college enterprise cooperation ability and ability of domain structure unit,and the use of DACUM analytical domain method discussed in the questionnaire,the three occupation school in Beibei District of Chongqing city teachers as sampling investigation,present situation analysis ability of secondary vocational school teachers' cooperation enterprise using the questionnaire method and interview method;the three is a summary of secondary vocational school teachers' ability level differences in attribution,respectively from the school,the enterprise and the teachers level attribution analysis.School level: the development space provided by the school for the development of teachers' ability to cooperate with enterprises is not sufficient;the allocation of human,material and financial resources in the school is not reasonable.Enterprise level: the goal of enterprise operation is not exactly consistent with the teacher's teaching goal,and the source power of the enterprise participating in the ability to improve the cooperation ability of the school enterprise is insufficient.Teachers' level: the development goal of teachers' school enterprise cooperation ability is not clear,the development power of teachers' school enterprise cooperation ability is insufficient,and the development plan of teachers' school enterprise cooperation ability is not comprehensive.Third,summarize.Based on the existing research,from three aspects of teachers,schools and enterprises,suggestions are put forward to improve the cooperation ability of secondary vocational school teachers.First,the construction of teachers "ability standard" school enterprise cooperation,to provide a reference plan for teachers to develop the cooperation ability;second,improve the incentive mechanism and optimize the allocation of resources,and provide institutional guarantee and resources for teachers to enhance the ability of cooperation;third,the construction of a cooperation platform,to provide adequate space for teachers improve the school enterprise ability;Fourth,construction altogether of mutual help community,for teachers to enhance the ability to support cooperation;fifth,rich in the form of teacher training,to enhance the ability to provide systematic training for teachers in secondary vocational schools.Through research,this study provides reference standard for secondary vocational school teachers' school enterprise cooperation ability development,and has important reference significance for secondary vocational school teachers to enhance their school enterprise cooperation ability.
