With the continuous upgrading of China's industry,the tourism industry also has rapid development and upgrading transformation,and the relevant posts in tourism enterprises are constantly changing,the difficulty of post work is increasing,the technical means are upgrading,and the requirements for employees are also increasing.However,some schools that carry out tourism related curriculum education still adopt relatively backward curriculum system,mostly from the perspective of education departments,resulting in a lot of tourism graduates can not quickly adapt to the actual job needs.On the other hand,tourism enterprises can not quickly recruit employees who meet the needs of various positions in the enterprise,resulting in a waste of resources and efficiency It can't be improved.These problems have seriously hindered the healthy and rapid development of China's tourism industry.In the face of multiple pressures from education departments,tourism enterprises and social development needs,secondary vocational tourism service and management major as an important export department of tourism talents,how to build a tourism curriculum system that meets the needs of schools,tourism enterprises and social development is the key to solve the problem.Through extensive reading and collation of literature and tourism market research,this paper combs the general idea of developing tourism curriculum system that meets the needs of schools,tourism enterprises and social development.Firstly,the author combs and studies the relevant concepts and theories of curriculum,secondary vocational curriculum model,competency based education,DACUM career analysis method and so on.Secondly,through interviews,questionnaires and so on,we understand the current situation and problems of tourism service and management curriculum in three secondary vocational schools in Nanjing.In view of the problem that the curriculum can not meet the actual work needs of graduates and the employment needs of enterprises,this paper puts forward the application of DACUM career analysis method,an international advanced vocational education curriculum development mode,and constructs the school-based curriculum system of secondary vocational tourism service and management specialty based on this method.Finally,according to the curriculum system,the teaching plan of tourism service and management major in secondary vocational school is initially constructed.The author attempts to introduce DACUM career analysis method into the curriculum construction of tourism service and management major in secondary vocational schools.This is the first time that DACUM career analysis method is applied to the development of tourism curriculum in secondary vocational schools.It can not only let the students and teachers of tourism major in secondary vocational schools understand the actual employment needs of tourism enterprises,but also redefine the curriculum requirements of tourism service and management major in secondary vocational schools This paper aims to improve the curriculum of tourism service and management,enhance the content of tourism curriculum,strengthen the effective implementation of the curriculum,and enrich the curriculum evaluation system of tourism.Finally,promote the improvement of the level of Vocational Education in China,so as to achieve a win-win situation of schools,enterprises and graduates.
