To build a dream China,a powerful country must first cultivate teachers.Now students are the pillars of the future development of the motherland,and teachers are the mainstay of the motherland's future pillars.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's distinctive socialist ideology in the new era,we strive to make teachers a respected and desirable profession in the society.In recent years,the focus of education reform in China has increasingly focused on the development of teachers.Therefore,it is also an important research to constantly improve the professional level of PE teachers.The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical and practical reference for the education departments and schools to provide better teacher construction through the exploration of the road for the professional development of the sports teachers in the League school.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,this study uses stratified sampling and random sampling to investigate and analyze 166 sports teachers in the Xinjiang construction and Production Corps(hereinafter referred to as "the" corps ")in 45 border group schools.The following conclusions are drawn:The age structure of the teachers in the border regimental School of the Corps is generally younger than that of the school age,and the sex ratio of teachers is quite different,and there are few female teachers.The proportion of teachers without title in Teachers' title structure is relatively high.The PE teachers in the regiment border regiment have relatively high development needs in teaching methods,subject knowledge,setting teaching objectives,teaching language organization,expressing ability,organizing students' ability,guiding students' self evaluation and teaching reflection.The physical education teachers of the Corps at different age groups reflect the correlation between their professional knowledge and professional ability.There are many factors affecting the professional development of the school physical education teachers in the border group.The main influencing factors are five aspects: the school environment,the policy,the living environment,the individual development and the treatment.
