China has officially launched a new round of curriculum reform in 2014.In order to implement the fundamental task of “enhance morality and foster talents”,the Ministry of Education organized experts to re-study and formulate the senior high school curriculum standards with the basic concept of “developing the core attainment of students” in various disciplines.The “Senior High School Geography Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)” formally issued by the Ministry of Education in January 2018 has determined the curriculum system with the core geographical attainment as the core,and cultivating the core geographical attainment of students has become the fundamental task in geography teaching of senior high school.The core geographical attainment is composed of the concept of harmonious human-earth relationship,comprehensive thinking,regional cognition,and geography practice.The concept of harmonious human-earth relationship is the core value of the senior high school geography curriculum.It can provide effective ideas and ways for students to analyze and solve real geographical problems.On the basis of absorbing the existing research results,with the guidance of the harmonious human-earth relationship theory,sustainable development theory,Bruner's theory of cognition-development,constructivism theory,and the theory of Marxism on man's all-round development,the questionnaire survey method,observation method,statistical analysis and interviews method are used.Taking the Nanchong City of Sichuan province as an example to investigate and research the current status of students' concept of harmonious human-earth relationship in geography teaching of senior high school.It was found that student's concept of harmonious human-earth relationship needs to be further strengthened,and the teaching concept of “human-earth coordinated development” has not been truly implemented,and the ability of teachers to develop curriculum resources needs to be strengthened.The concept of harmonious human-earth relationship is the core concept and main line of senior high school geography curriculum.It is embodied in the whole geography teaching material of senior high school.The "activity" module is an important position to cultivate students' concept of harmonious human-earth relationship.The principles of cultivating the students' concept of harmonious human-earth relationship mainly consists of persisting in the student's dominant position,advancing gradually in due order,developing Harmoniously between the teachers and students,and linking theory with practice.The cultivating strategies of students' concept of harmonious human-earth relationship mainly including implementing of the teaching concept of “human-earth coordinated development”,highlighting the concept of sustainable development,using the case of native human-earth relationship,reinforcing the concept of harmonious human-earth relationship in the exercises,understanding the thought of harmonious human-earth relationship in practice,evaluating timely,and integrating the cultivation of the four core geographical attainment.According to the proposed principles and strategies,and referring to the standard of the level division of students' concept of harmonious human-earth relationship,this paper selects "the influence of terrain on transportation" and "facing up to environmental problems" for teaching case design and reflection.Hope to provide some reference for geography teaching in senior high school.
