With the promotion of entrepreneurship education,the shortage of the teacher’s number,the unbalance of the structure and the low level of professionalism in higher vocational colleges have become more and more prominent,which have seriously affected the effect of the implementation of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.Through a preliminary study of the research on the construction of foreign entrepreneurship education teachers,it is found that the research on entrepreneurship education and the construction of teachers in foreign countries is early,the research angle is wide,the research content is full,and the qualitative research and the empirical research are combined.It can be said that the research on the construction of entrepreneurial teachers abroad is relatively mature,which has great reference value for the development of this research.In addition,from the study of the construction of the domestic entrepreneurship education teachers,we can find that the construction of the teaching teachers in our country is late and the degree of attention is not enough.The research on the construction of the enterprise teachers is not comprehensive enough.The main concern is the problems existing in the construction of the enterprise teachers,focusing on the fostering,training and the countermeasures,and the lack of certain empirical research.Because there is still a large research space for the research of the construction of the teachers of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,this paper selects the Career Chengdu Technical College C as a case study,and analyzes the efforts,experiences and existing questions of the Career Technical College in the construction of the entrepreneurial faculty of the Career Technical College in recent years by using the documents and investigation methods.In this study,we use the theory of teacher professional development as the core theory to support the construction of entrepreneurial teachers.It is found that the main problems of the construction of entrepreneurial teachers in higher vocational colleges are the weak link of the training of entrepreneurial teachers,the lack of the guarantee mechanism for the construction of the entrepreneurial teachers,and the lack of the professional construction of the teachers.Among them,the main factors affecting the construction of entrepreneurial teachers are the improper formation of entrepreneurial teachers,the training and training of entrepreneurial teachers lags behind teachers’ professional development,and the management of entrepreneurial teachers is lagging behind.Therefore,in order to break the predicament of the construction of teaching teachers in higher vocational colleges,we must strengthen the reform with the construction of professional teachers as the core,and pay more attention to the quality,specialization and teamwork of the construction of the teachers.The construction of entrepreneurship teachers in higher vocational colleges is a systematic project,which needs overall planning and stratified advancement.At the macro level,we should strengthen the top-level design and establish a new mechanism for the management of entrepreneurial teachers.Give full play to the prescribed role of the existing policy;realize the transformation of the governmentrole from "leading" to "support";to strengthen the legislation,to set up the "cross bridge" of the cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and industries and enterprises;to introduce the access system of entrepreneurial teachers;to reform the evaluation system of entrepreneurial teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges and to increase the input of funds;to strengthen financial support and push forward the professionalization of entrepreneurship education teachers.At the middle level,we should build a good environment for entrepreneurship education,serve for the construction of the teaching staff,integrate the social entrepreneurship resources effectively,expand the space for the construction of teachers,and attract industry enterprises,social organizations to participate actively and deepen the model of school enterprise cooperation to build a new model for the promotion of entrepreneurship teachers.At the micro level,we should pay more attention to the discipline construction of entrepreneurship and the training system of professional talents,change the train of thought of the training of the teachers,improve the training mechanism of teachers,strengthen the performance assessment,strengthen the incentive and constraint mechanism,strengthen the management of the teachers and stimulate the potential of the professional development of the entrepreneurial teachers.
