Since 2003,the enrollment expansion of graduate education in China has been15 years ago.In recent years,with the large-scale enrollment expansion of postgraduates,the scale of postgraduate education has been expanding.Training management is an integral part of postgraduate education.To do postgraduate education well,we must do well in postgraduate training management.Therefore,it is increasingly urgent and important to do well in all aspects of postgraduate training and management in universities.How to train and manage graduate talents suitable for the current state and social needs is the core and key work of postgraduate training management in universities.Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons for the management of full-time postgraduate students in Sichuan and Chongqing local universities,this paper puts forward some suggestions for further improvement of the management of graduate students in local universities and colleges of Sichuan and Chongqing.Based on the analysis of humanistic management theory,human capital theory and incentive theory,this study investigates and interviews the training management of full-time postgraduate students in Sichuan and Chongqing local colleges and universities combined with the literature and investigation methods,focusing on the graduate students and tutors of Chongqing Normal University,China West Normal University and Xihua University.And management personnel answering questions related to postgraduate training management,summarizing the main problems existing in the management of full-time postgraduate training in Sichuan Chongqing local universities.Through data collection and analysis,the main problems existing in the training and management of full-time Master graduate students in Sichuan and Chongqing universities are summarized as follows: on the one hand,the main problems of the management in the management of postgraduate training are as follows: a one-sided emphasis on the publication of the paper,the neglect of the development of the graduate students,and the study of the class teacher The management function of the student class management is absent.On the other hand,the main problems of the tutor in the management of postgraduate training include: some teachers have the phenomenon of heavy academic and light management to the students,and the tutors are generally deficient in the guidance of the graduate students' learning planning.Finally,the main problems in the self-management of graduate students are as follows:the small class activities of the graduate students' independent organization;the lack of enthusiasm for the collective management of the graduate students.The reasons for these problems lie in the following two aspects: the large scale expansion of Postgraduates leads to difficulties in training management,and the difficulties in training management include the large scale of postgraduate training,which leads to the lagging management and the challenges of the complex and diverse local university graduate students.The management system is not perfect,and the overall quality of the tutor team is not high.The level of postgraduate training management is an important factor for the improvement of the quality of graduate education in Colleges and universities.It is also the guarantee for the balanced development of education and the final delivery of talents for the country and the society.From the perspective of graduate training and management actors,this paper analyzes the main problems in the management of full-time postgraduate students in Sichuan and Chongqing local colleges and universities.Through the analysis of the causes of the main problems,this paper puts forward the following strategies for the management of full-time graduate students in Sichuan and Chongqing local colleges and universities: first,Construction of professional and full-time management staff;second,improve the management system of graduate training;third,strengthen the role of tutors in the management of graduate training;fourth,strengthen the construction and management of graduate class;fifth,from building a good autonomous management environment and increasing the motivation and ability of self-management of graduate students.In order to improve the participation of graduate students in autonomous management.
