Research On Evaluation System Of The University Online Reputation Based On The Negative Sentiment Of Students

University reputation is a valuable intangible asset.With the construction of the current Double First-rate,university reputation has become an important force to further promote the development of colleges and universities.How to evaluate the university reputation accurately has become a problem.This study will build a university network reputation evaluation system through the students' speech in the campus bar,and put forward the corresponding policy and suggestions on the university management problems reflected by the negative emotions.This paper defines the university network reputation and negative emotions,and introduces the theory of reputation evaluation,the theory of university affairs,and the natural language processing and analytic hierarchy process used in the article.With the help of online reputation evaluation system constructed,this paper determined the online reputation of college in the perspective of,and an evaluation system was construsted based in related researches,topics and sentiment polar of posts from Tie Bar.First of all,from the point of view of the affairs management in colleges and universities,the indicators of reputation evaluation are preliminarily determined by the classification of academic affairs and student affairs,and then reorganized the indicators of reputation evaluation through the students' posts.The first grade indicators are obtained,including academic training and schooling supports two first-level indicators.Academic training consists of entrance exam,study and graduation.The academic support includes campus activities,infrastructure,exchange and mutual assistance,and integrated management.Using the analytic hierarchy process to set the weight of the evaluation index,we get the university network reputation index system.Then,the method of calculating the network reputation scores of the university is determined.And the total score is equal to the sum of the first grade indicators.Each second-level index is jointly determined by the popularity and reputation.Reputation is measured by the number of people concerning a bar,and reputation is measured by the number of negative posts.Using this method,the network reputation of university network of 15 Double First-rate universities was calculated.The network reputation evaluation results of these schools were obtained.The university network reputation and the basic conditions of each index were analyzed from two levels of the whole and the individual,and the direction of each university's efforts was pointed out.This study reflects the management problems of colleges through the university online reputation index,summarizes and puts forward some suggestions.
