With the development of society and the deepening of economic globalization,the demand for talented people is becoming more and more diversified.Under the background of the national policy of developing vocational education,China 's private higher education has developed rapidly from the original primitive accumulation,the simple transition to the beginning stage of development,relatively stable development stage.The school's ability to cultivate talents and scientific and technological innovation capacity have been significantly improved,has become an important part of ordinary higher education.This paper starts from the case of human resources management of H Art College,and combines the useful practices of other independent colleges.Based on the published articles and research results of human resources in independent colleges,this paper analyzes the characteristics of human resources in independent colleges.The author points out that the reform of human resource management in H College of Art should start from the following aspects:transform the concept and mode,change from traditional personnel management to human resources development and management,pay attention to the development of human resources and the development of human resources.Use,but also continue to carry out system innovation,establish and improve the supporting management system;the implementation of human resources management strategic planning;the development of the system of human resources introduction,appointment,training,assessment and promotion plan;establish and improve personnel flow mechanism and efficient Competition,incentive mechanism;follow the principles of human resources development,from the overall pursuit of the best allocation of human resources.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the human resources development and management of the H Art College from the policy level and the independent college level in order to find out the general problems and general rules of human resources development and management in independent colleges.And provide reference and decision basis for decision-makers to formulate personnel policies appropriate to the long-term benefits of independent colleges and to promotesustainable,healthy and harmonious development of independent colleges.The topic of this paper is close to reality,the face of the H Art College and other colleges and universities human resource management situation and the existing problems are discussed,and the use of relevant theories,puts forward some suggestions to establish and perfect the human resource management system.The research results of this paper have theoretical significance for the implementation of effective human resources management in H Art Institute,and the specific solutions proposed have strong feasibility and operability.
