Research On The Mode And Mechanism Of Community Collaborative Governance Of College Students

Under the background of the reform of higher education system in our country,colleges have been expanding continuously.With the gradual implementation of education credit system management and logistics socialization management in colleges,it leads to two results.O ne is that the study,living and practical activities of the students who are in the original administrative class as a unit are reduced,but the students' dormitory has become the main place of their study,living and practical activities.The other is that the traditional dormitory management and apartment management issues are becoming increasingly prominent which cannot adapt to the new situation,and are replaced by the student community management which is in the university student accommodation area as the center.Under this background,it is very necessary to change the traditional management based on the actual situation in the development of community college students,and strengthen the research on the community governance of college studentsIn view of this,based on the perspective of public management,this paper explores the current stage of C hina's university student community collaborative governance innovation model from the impact of the subjects of different interests and responsibility impact on college students' community management.Under the guidance of the collaborative governance theo ry,the article mainly combines the content of higher education,management,sociology,public administration and so on.Through the method of literature research,this paper defines the core concepts of student community,community management,collaborative governance,student community governance and so on,and the theoretical basis of this paper is to sort out the theory of collaborative governance in order to form the theoretical basis of this paper.Next,by using the comparative analysis method,it analyzes the basic situation and the main management mode of the community management of college students in our country in order to understand the current development stage and the existing problems in the management of college students.Then,this paper expounds the innovation model of collaborative governance in college students community management from collaborative governance related groups,basic principles,basic train of thought,the institutions and so on.Eventually,it forms the basic outline and direction of collaborative governance in college students' community.As an applied academic research paper,the ultimate goal for this paper is to analyze the current situation of college students' community governance in our country,and propose an innovation mode of collaborative governance which can be expected to provide a guidance to govern college student community in theoretical and practical aspects for now and in the future in our country.In the innovation aspect,this paper mainly has the following several points:(1)it is the first time to introduce the collaborative governance theory to the study of college students community management.(2)standing in holistic perspective,the paper takes the college students management departments,students,logistics management organization,department instructor into account,establishes a comprehensive,integrated linkage mechanism of college students community management,and puts forward specific collaborative governance mode and operation mechanism which open up a new train of thought for the college students community management.
