Contemporary Value Of Young Marx's View Of Employment Selection

Because of the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities from 1999,the popularization of higher education to speed up the process.The number of college graduates is increased in successive years.University students' employment has become one of the hot issues of the whole society.The author analyzes the causes of college students' employment situation in addition to the society,college and the national employment policies.College students' view of bias is one of the important causes of university graduates' employment.In the increasingly severe employment situation,college students should set up the correct choosing profession idea,have the correct guidance,recognize the objective fact,change employment idea and promote entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial ability.This paper analyzes Marx's view in“youth consideration in choosing careers”to help graduates to set up the correct choosing profession idea,life career choice and provide extremely valuable experience and methodology guidance.The author took graduates in the J university of Jilin province as the research objects and designed the questionnaire.The factors influence college students' personal career ability include high expectations,deviate from the actual;Professional skills and comprehensive quality need to be improved,social responsibility is missing.In this paper,the author analyzes the factors that the college students' career is stuck in,which are: national policies,social public opinion orientation,and College curriculum setting and employment guidance related to university factors;Family values related to family factors and family economic level;Self-assessment and comprehensive literacy related to college students' own factors.Finally,combining with the enlightenment of Marx's choice of career,the author puts forward that college students should have the correct world outlook,outlook on life,values and career outlook.Be firm in your ideal faith;We should have hard work and entrepreneurship.The author thinks that through the research of this topic,it can provide some reference for the successful employment of college students.
