Humanistic care quality is the inner accomplishment developed in education and practice,which is the product of conscious internalization and externalization of humanistic values.The relevance of medical humanistic care quality and medical professional values show that there is a certain connection between cultivation of medical humanistic care quality and medical professional values education.This connection not only provides a certain theory for further enhancing the cultivation of humanistic care quality in higher medical education,but also for the humanistic care quality cultivation provide a targeted and highly effective viable path.The theoretical basis lies in three aspects: First,the humanistic care values are the core of medical humanistic care quality;second,the humanistic and caring of higher medical professional values education;third,the particular subjectivity and relative stability of humanistic care values.Looking at the current situation of cultivating humane care quality in higher medical education,some progress has been made in nurturing awareness and awareness level,nurturing content and cultivating means,nurturing environment and nurturing the carrier.However,Due to certain deviations and weaknesses in medical profession values education.It is reflected in the absence of individual social education concept,the bad induction of the logic of utilitarianism in higher medical education,the contradiction between the expansion of enrollment in higher medical colleges and the shortage of teacher training,etc.The cultivation of humanistic care quality is incomplete and inconsistent.The education method tends to inculcate the values of humanistic care but does not focus on the construction of subjectivity,Inadequate allocation of Interdisciplinary Teachers,Appraisal methods focus on assessment of theoretical knowledge and disregard practice assessment.Its essence is to deviate from the overall and consistent philosophy of cultivating humane care quality that should be carried out to medical education,and ignores the core content of humanistic care education and the key to success.Need to apply a varietyof means to improve,including the optimization of higher medical professional values education.Therefore,in this paper,the scope of humanistic quality education for medical students in the school is studied,that is,the cultivation of humane care quality in the narrow sense.Uphold the concept of cultivating humane care and quality into higher medical education.Learn from Taylor's idea of the content and organization principle,to solve the inconsistency and incompleteness of the contents of the curriculum of humane care quality;Learning from the subjective education idea and the constructivist learning concept,Substituting intersubjectivity into the basic teaching mode and learning concept;Learn from school-based curriculum thinking and integrate school interdisciplinary teacher resources;Using the Western curriculum evaluation ideas as a reference,we will implement a unified assessment and assessment approach that combines theoretical assessment with practical assessment,formative assessment,and development assessment.In order to further strengthen the education of higher medical profession values,fundamentally improve the effectiveness of humanistic care quality cultivation.
