Research On The Creation Of Family Reading Environment In Parent-child Reading

With the development of modern society for the research of children's early reading,children's parents also pay much attention to parent-child reading.In parent-child reading,the creation of family reading environment has a significant impact on stimulating children's reading motivation,increasing children's reading interest and improving children's reading initiative.This study mainly through quantitative research to explore the factors that can influence the creation of parent-child reading environment in the family,and put forward some suggestions for the operation of family reading environment.This study divides the reading environment into two aspects:material environment and spiritual environment.The creation of the material environment includes the choice of the kinds and sources of reading materials,the selection of reading materials suitable for their children,the creation of proper parent-child reading space and the selection of facilities that can assist parent-child reading;The creation of the spiritual environment,including using of scientific methods of reading guidance to enhance parent-child reading effect,carrying out scientific communication to stimulate children's interest in reading and carrying out a variety of reading,to consolidate the achievements of parent-child reading.This study through the questionnaires and data analysis of the status quo of four kindergartens in Shandong city of Dezhou province 169 family reading environment,the main findings are the following questions:?.In the creation of family reading environment in parent-child reading,the creation of the two dimensions of communication and reading in the creation of spiritual environment is relatively weak.?.There is a negative correlation between the growth of children's grade and the level of parent-child communication in parent-child reading.?.The parents' emphasis on parent-child reading has a significant influence on the creation of family reading environment.?.The reading habits of parents influence two dimensions of reading materials and reading extension.?.The frequency of parent-child reading has a significant influence on the creation of family reading environment.?.In the creation of the space environment created by the family reading environment,the quietness of the space environment,the lighting conditions and the hygienic conditions are better.?.In the choice of family environment reading facilities,chairs,sofa,cushion or pillow is the most commonly used facilities.In view of the above conclusions,this study puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures that are more operational and easier to implement in the creation of family reading environment.
