A Study On The Performance Assessment Of Teachers In Y Extracurricular Education Training School

2018 is the fortieth anniversary of China's Reform and Opening-up,and the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into a contradiction between the increasingly growing needs of the people and the inadequately balanced development of the society.With the high development of the economy and society,the living standard of the people in our country is increasing,and the proportion of education expenditure in family expenditure is obviously rising.The parents' thoughts are changing from the need of education to the need of excellent education,and they will definitely focus on the next generation's education,and will pay more attention to the high-quality education.At the same time,the number of extracurricular education training school has sprung up,and the competition among these schools is becoming increasingly fierce.It is imperative for these extracurricular education training schools to transform and upgrade.By improving the quality of service and providing high-quality products,the extracurricular education training schools can stand steadily in the fierce competition.The output of the extracurricular education training schools has a strong dependence on the teachers,and to a great extent,the teachers' comprehensive strength determines the school teaching's quality and level.A set of high-quality performance appraisal system is of great significance to the survival of the fittest among the teachers and add the recognition of teachers to schools.Meanwhile,it is also in favor of attracting talents,retaining talents and cultivating talents,so as to raise the level of education and enhance competitiveness of the teachers.In this essay,through the research of the theory of performance appraisal and its tools,the teachers' performance appraisal in extracurricular education training as the research content,I select the Y extracurricular education training school as the research sample,from the basic theories of performance appraisal,teachers' performance appraisal status,performance appraisal system construction,the implementation of performance appraisal to study the application of KPI in the performance appraisal of teachers.This essay aims at the the status quo of the teachers' performance appraisal,analyses the existing problems of teachers' performance appraisal in extracurricular education training schools,draws lessons from the successful experience of well-known educational and training schools in performance appraisal,try to build a new performance evaluation system based on KPI,which is more scientific,fair and effective than existing performance management,and put forward the corresponding solutions.
