The Exploration Of New Politics Teacher Role Transformation In High School

New political lesson teachers are generally refered to who have not been teaching for more than 3 years in high school.At this stage,it is critical period for them to study how to specialize and socialize teachers' role as well as the role conversion between students and new teachers.In this paper,we investigate their problems in the transformation process through the questionnaire survey and interviews.According to the survey results,we analyze the reasons which lead to problems and propose the corresponding optimization strategy for role conversions,thus provide the reference for the new political lesson teachers to complete role transformations.First of all,from three aspects(the new into the high school political lesson teachers themselves,school and students)to clarify the importance of role transformation of new political lesson teacher in the high school.Thus we highlight necessary about how to promote the teachers role transformation.Secondly,based on the role theory and the theory of teacher career development stage,combining with possible problems about role transformation process towards new political lesson teacher,we draft four goals,including the teacher's basic situation,role's cognition,study,playing,and select 200 new political lesson teachers in the high school as samples to investigate in ChongQing and the surrounding provinces.Through the survey results,we analyse the teachers in the manifestations and causes of problems in the process of role transformation.Finally,we give the optimization strategy of the role conversion from teacher themselves,schools and society three aspects and expect for the improvement of the teachers' consciousness and quality of school orientation,and attract attentions from the society.
