China's basic education curriculum reform has brought new hope and vigor to our country's education cause,Also set the new request to the teacher.The junior middle school history curriculum reforms,needs to be able in large numbers to adapt the high quality historical teacher who the historical curriculum reforms needs.The "Basic Education curriculum Reform Outline(Trial)" promulgated by the Ministry of Educational 2001 clearly put forward the concrete goal of curriculum reform,presented a brand-new curriculum idea,redefined and expounded the concept of talent,curriculum,teaching,evaluation and teachers and students,and put forward a new request to the teacher.With the change of the new curriculum concept,the traditional role of history teacher can not meet the needs of the new curriculum reform.The history teacher must come out from the traditional role,take the initiative to learn the idea of the new curriculum,re-examine and reflect on his role and consciously adjust his role to ensure the pace of the times and promote the effective implementation of the new curriculum.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.In the introduction has mainly outlined the selected topic reason and the significance;The teacher role transforms domestic and foreign research present situation as well as this article research technique.The second part is the definition of related concepts.First,according to the basic Education curriculum reform Outline(trial),as well as the relevant provisions and requirements of junior high school history curriculum standards,this paper expounds the new talent concept,new curriculum concept,new teaching concept,new evaluation concept and the concrete connotation of the new teacher-student view.Secondly,the concept of role,teacher role and history teacher role is defined.The third part is the requirement of the "new five views" on the role of history teacher.This paper expounds the requirements of the new Talent view,new Curriculum view,new teaching concept,new evaluation view and the new teacher-student view to the teachers ' role transformation.That is,the history of teachers to cultivate what kind of historical talent,what kind of history,history of the evaluation system,how to teach history teachers and how the history of teachers to deal with the relationship between teachers and students to make a discussion.The Forth part is the status quo investigation and reason analysis of the role transformation of the history teacher.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the history teachers of 63 junior high schools in 26 townships in Guiping,the contents of the questionnaire mainly include: the implementation of the new curriculum concept of history teachers,the teaching methods of history teachers and the evaluation methods,the status of professional development of history teachers and the relationship between teachers and students of junior middle School in the present stage.According to the investigation,there are some problems in the transformation of the role of the history teacher,such as the old teaching method and evaluation system,the lack of innovation,the weak consciousness of teachers ' professional growth and the bad environment,and the factors that restrict the role conversion of history teachers.The fifth part is the transformation and strategy of the role of history teachers under the theory of "new five views".According to the results of the investigation and the requirements of "new five views",the strategy of promoting the role transformation of middle school history teachers is put forward.First,take the new Talent view,the new curriculum view as the guidance,examines the teaching activity,realizes the Guide role transformation.According to the requirement of new talent view and new curriculum view,history Teachers should respect students ' individual differences in the design of teaching activities,carry out the guidance and exert students ' subjective initiative,pay attention to students ' learning process and promote the creation of curriculum.Second,according to the new curriculum concept,the new Teaching View,examines the textbook content and the teaching content difference,realizes the curriculum designer role transformation.To achieve the goal of teaching,we should choose teaching content and integrate teaching resources to realize the transformation of Curriculum designer's role.Third,take the new appraisal view,the new teaching view as the instruction,carefully examines theteaching way,realizes the promoter role transformation.Appraises the student with the new historical discipline appraisal way,promotes student's development,again take the student to the historical teacher's appraisal as the breakthrough point,selects the new appraisal method,promotes the teacher teaching way transformation,then realizes the promoter role transformation.Fourth,according to the new concept of teaching and the new concept of talent,look at the way of work and realize the transformation of the role of the collaborators.Through the mutual learning and cooperation among teachers of different disciplines or teachers,the transformation of classroom teaching mode and student learning mode,the transformation of teachers' working style and the way of cooperation between teachers and students,so as to transform the role of partners.Fifth,take the new teacher-student view,the new Talent view as the guidance,re-examine the teacher-student relations,the history teacher how to handle the teacher-student relationship,realizes the listener role transformation.The sixth part is the conclusion.The conclusion part gives a general explanation of the role transition of the history teacher,and puts forward the direction of the effort.In order to realize the role transformation of the history teacher,the history teacher must renew the teaching idea,change the teaching method positively,evaluate the students and history teaching with the new history subject evaluation way,set up the idea of lifelong learning,constantly reflect on the ego,and consciously improve the professional accomplishment.
