With the rapid development of South of Jiangsu's economy and society,the number of migrant workers' children in township primary schools is becoming more and more large.In this case,the local education department and many educators have paid more and more attention to the learning status of such children,because the learning status of these students not only affects the development of the students themselves,but also the development of the students.It affects the development of teachers,schools and even the level of education in this area.The learning situation covers a wide range of aspects,but through literature research and interviews with relevant teachers,it is found that there are three problems in the children's learning interest,learning habits and learning attitude.Learning interest is the best internal motivation for students to learn.Learning habits are external manifestations of students' learning,and learning attitude will also affect their good development.Therefore,this study regards the above three aspects as the research focus to investigate the current learning status of their children.According to the survey,first of all,there are some problems in learning interest.It is not interesting to think that after-school assignments are arranged by teachers.Secondly,in terms of learning habits,migrant children lack the habit of initiatively understanding extracurricular knowledge and active communication.At the end of the study attitude,the children of the following migrated children showed lack of confidence in learning,heavy fear of difficulty,lack of strong desire for knowledge and initiative,infamous learning and poor planning.From the school side,the school management mode is not flexible enough and is not targeted,and the psychological guidance mechanism is not perfect.From the teachers,teachers are insufficient in teaching innovation,lack of communication skills and related psychology knowledge;from the family's long side,their cultural background is low and does not pay attention to it.Family counseling,poor family learning environment and lack of family communication.According to the analysis of data,interview and analysis and the analysis of the influencing factors,this study puts forward some specific strategies for improvement:first,the school should attach importance to the stimulation of the students' interest in learning and the cultivation of the learning habits,be good at exploring,stimulate the learning interest of the children and train their children's good learning habits;secondly,teachers should attach importance to their self.Professional development,reflection on teaching,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,active communication to grasp the students' psychology;third,parents should further improve their personal cultural literacy,pay attention to communication and communication,optimize the family environment and pay attention to family guidance.The three forces work together to promote children's learning and healthy growth.
