In recent years,many standards of educational reform and curriculum reform at home and abroad have raised a common topic,that is,to strengthen the relationship between curriculum and life.Many educators at all times and in all over the world have put forward similar opinions when referring to the relevant curriculum reform.School education should come from nature and from people’s real life,and the choice of curriculum should focus on the life experience of students.Stimulate students’ interest and interest in learning.However,by consulting the relevant literature,I find that there are many problems in the present physical education teaching,such as: the content of physical education is boring and the students are not interested in the study of physical education.Lack of motivation for sports,etc.In order to strengthen the relationship between physical education class and life and to enhance students’ interest in physical education and motivation for sports,this paper will take Shenyang No.184 Middle School as an example to study the students of Class 1 and Class 3 of Grade 8 in this school.This paper analyzes the present situation of physical education teaching in Shenyang 184 Middle School by means of literature,questionnaire and expert interview.In the beginning of the semester,the students were given the Sports Learning interest scale,the Sports motivation scale,and the questionnaire on the level four physical education teaching action research under the background of the concept of life curriculum for teachers.It is found that there are some problems in the physical education teaching of this school,and the situation of the physical education teaching in this school needs to be further improved,and in view of the problems existing in the physical education teaching,the strategies that should be implemented in the physical education teaching of life are put forward.According to the strategic requirements of Shenyang 18(4)the students of Class 1 and Class 3 of Grade 8 of Middle School have implemented the physical education of life,and after the teaching of physical education of life,The students were given the Sports Learning interest scale and the Sports motivation scale again,and the changes of the students’ sports learning interest and sports motivation were analyzed according to the physicaleducation teaching.The results show that the active interest of students in physical education and the degree of sports participation have been improved obviously through the physical education teaching,and the physical education teaching has a positive effect on students’ autonomy and inquiry learning.Life teaching in physical education has increased the students’ understanding of physical education and improved their learning.The degree to which students pay attention to sports.In the aspect of students’ sports motivation,the students’ motivation of sports is improved and the dimensionality of students’ non-motivation is decreased.
