In physics curriculum standard, the concept of “from life to physics” reflects that we conclude physical concepts and laws of physics from the phenomenon of life and life experience. However, this concept does not apply to all of the teaching content, especially the realm of the macroscopic phenomena of life and life experience such as the theory of relativity and quantum mechanics and so on. In the history of physics, the modern physics research reflected that it was not limited by the phenomenon of life and life experience in the boundary of the daily life, and the research methods of physics reflected that the way of getting physical theories and laws mainly according to the visual experience materials of daily life already could not satisfy the needs of modern scientific research. A large number of studies have shown that the starting point of scientific research is the problem, and “the problems of life” is just the tip of the iceberg of "problems", which is not universal. The concept of “from life into physics” reflects that the source of the scientific research is limited in the narrow scope of " life ", which apparently does not conform to the facts of scientific research and the law of development of physics, and there is a deviation in the concept and the implementation of new curriculum goals. Based on the view, this paper advises that we can change the original expression to “from problem to physical”, the “problem” in which includes the“life” of the original expression. It not only can reflect “the physical problems are found in life ”, but also does not conflict with the science of physics itself, and it is helpful to the development of students’ thinking and ability of scientific inquiry.
