In China's modernist education system,classes are the basic unit of a school.They are the basic units that teachers use to teach students and manage schools.Therefore,the quality of the class determines the quality of school management,and as the country continues to increase Big investment in education,under the new concept of education,the concept of quality education has become the mainstream of the times.With the development of China's socialist modernization,the training target for talents must also advance with the times,keep pace with the development of the times,and train qualified socialist successors.In China's current class management and education system,the main mode of implementation is teacher-centered.All students perform relevant activities in accordance with the teacher's wishes.Under such circumstances,students' initiative is not fully realized.Teachers became the masters of the class.All the things in the class were agent and packaged by the teachers.Students were not concerned enough about the management of the class and it was difficult to achieve the purpose of quality education.Therefore,in order to improve the status of traditional class management and give full play to the students' management capabilities,it is necessary to continuously promote the deepening of education reforms,place the students' management ability in the first place in quality education,and give full play to the spirit of the new curriculum standards in China.Promoting and implementing the country's educational goals and levels has enabled the management of schools to go further.Therefore,based on the above background,the author's articles mainly focus on how to conduct self-management of the class,so as to provide the practice and transformation of class management.Theoretical basis.In the process of this article,mainly based on the self-management of class athome and abroad,it focuses on three aspects,that is,the status quo investigation of junior middle school class self-management,the problems of junior middle school class autonomy management,and the The problems of autonomous management put forward specific solutions.Therefore,during the investigation,a corresponding questionnaire was designed to carry out specific investigations from multiple subjects such as schools,teachers,and students.Based on the results of the investigation,specific data analysis was conducted.Finally,based on the analysis results,the problems affecting the management of class autonomy were deduced.The specific inquiry from multiple aspects is mainly about the education,comprehensiveness and fairness of the class management,so as to build a theoretical foundation for a class with independent management concepts and to build a harmonious,serious and lively campus.Culture contributes a measure strength and effectively raises the country's overall education level.
