Activity teaching is a teaching method,which can carry out the essential spirits of new curriculum reform.There are plenty of advantages as for application of activity in teaching process of high school thought political lesson,namely,the application will further enrich teaching methods of this course,promote overall development of high school students,promote development of political teachers and improve quality of school management.Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,as one province of New High School Curriculum Reform,what are the current conditions for the implementation of high school thought political lesson since the reform has undertaken so many years? Are there any problems in the course of implementation? What are the reasons causing these problems? what strategies should be applied to optimize and deal with the existing problems? Therefore,the purpose of this research is to find out successes and problems of application of activity in teaching process of high school thought political lesson in Guangxi region.Meantime as for the current existing problems,the author analyses the counter-reasons in the aim of solving these problems by means of optimal strategies.The author has conducted some investigations in part of high schools in Guangxi region through questionnaires and interview.Here the author chose two demonstrative high school C and T to carry out the investigation.There are total 150 questionnaires were allocated to the two demonstrative high school respectively,and the author received 273 questionnaires after investigation,with return ratio of 91%,among them there are 271 effective questionnaire with efficient ratio of 99.27%.The author also allocated 95 online questionnaires for students and the returned questionnaires were all valid for research.Therefor there are total 366 valid questionnaires.The questionnaires for teachers were allocated thorough online up to 34,and the sample of questionnaires for political teachers mainly related to regional high schools of Nanning,Guilin,Wuzhou,and Hechi in Guangxi.At the same time,four first-line teachers were interviewed.The paper mainly contains four parts discusses about activity teaching in teaching process of high school thought political lesson.They are the concrete forms and its values,the problems and counter-reasons,optimal strategies and the practical example for the research.The first part discusses the main conceptions of activity teaching in high school thought political lesson,concrete forms and its values.Activity teaching is a method which conducted by political teachers,that is mean teacher conducts activities in class under the theory related to activities and in order to stimulate students' learn interests,promote teaching atmosphere in classroom,improve students' participation,experiences,explorations and practices in the whole process.As a whole,activity teaching is a good method which will promote students' all-round capabilities.There are four main concrete forms in the activity teaching process,discussion and debate activities,role-playing activities,planning design activities and achievements demonstration activities.As for the importance of activity in the teaching process of high school thought political lesson,they are contribute to the realization of goals in teaching;the idea of activity teaching is comply with the philosophy of high school thought political lesson;the activity teaching follows development of high school students on both mental and physical aspects.And activity teaching will help promote growth of teachers for its flexibility.The second part mainly analyses results of questionnaires and summarizes the current situation of activity application in teaching process of high school thought political lesson.Firstly,the activity teaching plays an active role in the high school thought political lesson,and it is mostly applied in open classes,high quality classes,and competition classes.Secondly,there are problems in the application process,for instance,some teachers and students do not recognize its importance;the overall use rate is lower;the degree of formalization is high;the form is relatively single.There are differences in the usage of activity teaching among grades.The general trend is that the use of activity teaching in high school thought political lesson in the first-year level is higher than that of the second-year,and that is higher than that in the third year in high school.The reasons for these problems are: teachers' outdated concepts and lack ability to organize activities in class;students' misconceptions about learning;schools' emphasis on activity teaching is not enough;and school infrastructure needsThe third part focuses on the problems existing in the application of activity teaching in high school thought political lesson and its optimal strategies.The following are the ways to solving these problems:changing teaching conceptions,establishing a correct view of activity teaching;increasing financial input,improving infrastructures of high school schools;conducting teacher training and improving activity teaching professional capabilities;improve evaluation system in the hope ofThe fourth part takes an example of the activity teaching practices,using the textbook content of "stock,bonds,and insurance" to introduce the activity teaching during the whole process.The conduction starts from the preparation stage,implementation stage,and summary stage of activity teaching.There are also list some steps and issues which needs to been pay attention in the teaching process.
