Based on this,through the research methods of literature research,case analysis and interview,this paper makes a reflection on “learning first and teaching behind,three main high efficiency ”classroom teaching model of senior Chinese In Tengxian Tengzhou Middle School.Found that the implementation of the model has brought more obvious results to the school,under the joint efforts of teachers and students,the Students ' initiative in Chinese class has been enhanced,their interest in Chinese class has been improved,and the responsibilities and honors of the classroom owners have been felt.A better taste of the pleasure and significance of independent learning,language and written expression ability has been the overall promotion of language performance has been a certain degree of improvement,better to achieve high school language classroom efficiency and cost-effectiveness.But at present,there are some problems in the implementation of the model,these problems are caused by students 'reasons,such as the lack of motivation of students to learn Chinese,the passive acceptance of Chinese knowledge by students is deeply rooted,the students are self-centered,and their sense of responsibility is not strong;the richness of Chinese answers,Make students difficult to grasp the standards.At the same time,there are teachers level factors,such as teacher's teaching concept is still relatively backward,the classroom language taste is not good,the Students 'language Foundation and learning ability grasp improper,Chinese teaching heavy difficulty grasp improper,personal Chinese accomplishment is insufficient,to Chinese discipline "cooperation exchanges" understanding insufficiently comprehensive;Failed to plan and arrange the classroom time according to the characteristics of the language discipline.In view of the above causes analysis,the author through to consult the related books and the material,interview some senior Chinese teachers and students,combine the experience in teaching practice,from "positive guidance,inspire students' potential","adapt to the development of the Times,take the initiative to improve themselves","do a good job in front of the class,prepare the lesson plan and prepare the students" and " Adjust teaching method,optimize teaching process "Four aspects put forward some concrete implementation strategy."This thesis mainly includes the following aspects.In the introduction,state the reasons and significance of the research on “learning first and teaching behind,three main high efficiency ”classroom teaching model of senior Chinese In Tengxian Tengzhou Middle School..And sorting out the theories and research of the model applied in our country and learn from them.Then determining on theories and methods of the mode we are researching.In the first part,the essay introduces the present situation of “learning first and teaching behind,three main high efficiency ”classroom teaching model of senior Chinese In Tengxian Tengzhou Middle School..Through the teaching case of Yijianmei and the data of College Entrance Examination in the years from 2010 to 2017,the result of the teaching mode will be showed.And problems of the teaching model will be presented,including students' lack of enough time in Chinese preview,independent study status and effect is not good;overenthusiasm in self-study with not enough textual guidance from teachers;teachers' too much textual guidance while not enough time for students to study,etc.As for the presentation part,teachers' presentation for Chinese knowledge or method of solving problems is not brief and inspiring enough.And in the discussion part,students vary from non-talkers to overactive talkers,appearing the “fake-discussion” phenomena.Problems also includes students' more stress on oral expression but less writing;teachers' comments stress more on knowledge rather than attitude,behavior and body languages.In the practicing part,there exists delay on handing in homework,teachers' correcting too much while students' correcting each other less.The second part is aimed at the implementation of the “learning first and teaching behind,three main high efficiency ”classroom teaching model of senior Chinese In Tengxian Tengzhou Middle School.,which is analyzed from the aspect of students and teachers.In the third part,corresponding measures will be taken to guide students to arouse their potential,to improve teacher's ability to fit the development,to get better preparation both for teaching plans and knowing students,to adjust teaching methods and strategies.Finally is a summary of the “learning first and teaching behind,three main high efficiency ”classroom teaching model of senior Chinese In Tengxian Tengzhou Middle School..Hopefully,the research would help to improve the model.At the meantime,we hope the research could provide references to other Chinese educators.
