With the deep propulsion of new curriculum reform,teacher professional development has been emphasized and concerned by educators in our country.In order to meet the objective requirements of education for teacher professional development in the new era,how to train teachers' professional ability and improve their professional level efficiently and quickly has become an urgent problem to be solved in the field of education.At the Centennial Congress of Tsinghua University,Comrade Hu Jintao put forward an initiative to practice the concept of synergy innovation,emphasizing the use of resources of all parties to promote the things rapidly developed.The improvement of the professional ability of primary and secondary school teachers cannot be achieved by relying solely on the teachers' individual struggle.It is necessary to exert the synergistic effects of multi-stakeholder cooperation among universities,government agencies,etc.,to improve professional level and to accelerate the pace of teacher professional development.The ability of educational scientific research is an important part of the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers,and the improvement of the ability of scientific research is helpful to the pro fessional development of teachers.At present,although primary and secondary school teachers have rich experience in education and teaching,they do not have a clear understanding of how to use theoretic method to guide the improvement of practice and the training and assistance of university researchers with deep research theories is required.Therefore,taking the cooperative scientific research project as the carrier,this paper discusses how to integrate the idea of s ynergy innovation between the three main bodies of universities,local education departments and teachers of primary and secondary schools to achieve the complementary advantages and values creation through in-depth cooperation and resources integration.It is an effective method to improve teachers' scientific research ability as well as scientific research level,and also is the new way of teacher professional development from now on.Based on the theory of synergy innovation,the theory of teacher professional development and the theory o f educational action research,this study adopts the methods of literature,investigation and action research and takes H Primary School in Yangshuo County,Guangxi Province as the experimental school to carry out the action research.From the perspective of synergy innovation,this paper analyzes the effect of the research on the cultivation of primary school teachers' scientific research ability,analyzes the problems existing in the action research,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement,in order to provide the practical basis for the application of the synergy innovation concept in the field of education and a new thinking for the cultivation pattern of primary school teachers' scientific research ability.The content of the thesis is composed of the following parts:In the introduction part,it briefly introduces the background and reason of this research,expounds the purpose and significance of the research,and explains the theoretical basis,research ideas and methods involved in the study.The second part,through the literature method,we are capable of understanding the relevant information about synergetic innovation,cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools,and cultivation of teachers' scientific research ab ility,analyzing the cooperative mechanism between universities and primary and secondary schools.The concepts of "synergic research" and "primary school teachers' scientific research ability" are defined,and the research perspective of this paper is clarified.The third part describes the whole process of action research.First of all,through the questionnaire survey on the teachers' scientific research level of H primary school in Yangshuo County,Guangxi,it is found that exists problems in a number o f fields,including teachers' scientific research consciousness,scientific research theory,scientific research methods,design of research programs,as well as the operational research program and the presentation of the results.According to the actual needs of teachers in H primary school,the Bureau of Education,together with the team of experts in colleges and universities,the author determines the time of action research,formulates the plan of action research,and prepares for the launching of act ion research.Secondly,the author describes the process of the first round of action research.This round of action research focuses on the training of scientific research theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for teachers to participate in the synergic subject study.The second round of action research is carried out on the basis of observation and reflection.This round of action research focuses on the study of classroom teaching,promotes teachers to combine research with teaching,and trains teachers' ability to use scientific research theory to solve practical problems in education and teaching.Finally,after observation and reflection,the third round of action research is carried out.Through the reflection and summary of the research process and the help of thinking training map,this round of action research develops the ability of teachers to sort out,analyze data as well as write scientific research achievements.The fourth part,through the summing-up and analysis of questionnaire survey,conditions of the paper publication,the award-winning situation,the teacher interview material and the student feedback material,the author examines the primary school teacher scientific research ability under the synergetic innovation perspective of view from many aspects to develop the effect.In the fifth part,the author summarizes the effect of the cultivation of primary school teachers' scientific research ability from the perspective of synergy innovation.The practice shows that the teachers' ability of scientific research consciousness,scientific research theory,solving of practical problems and expression of scientific research achievements can be improved through the three-round action research.Therefore,it is obvious that the synergic cultivation is the effective path for improving teachers ' scientific research ability rapidly.In the sixth part,the problems in action research are analyzed,and suggestions for improvement are put forward.Although the results of this study are remarkable,there are still some problems in the process of action research.For example,teachers' consciousness of independent inquiry is weak;teachers' scientific research level is uneven;they lack of execution of subject management;the educational scientific research resources are deficient and so on.In view of these problems,this paper tries to put forward some suggestions for improvement: inspiring motivation,strengthening teachers' consciousness of self-inquiry,comprehensively tracking and improving teachers' scientific research and training mechanism;cooperating and helping each other to promote the growth of teachers' groups,attaching importance to management to ensure the smooth development of collaborative research,increasing capital investment,enriching teachers' scientific research learning resources;strengthening the guidance,increasing the deep interaction between the expert team and the front-line teachers,building the platform,making the use of the network to popularize the research res ults,with the goal of further improving the follow-up work of the action research.The conclusion part,according to the summing up and reflection of overall situation of this study,the author points out the shortcomings of the research,such as: some issues in the study of the discussion are not thorough sufficiently.What's more,the analysis of the data before and after the action research cannot constitute statistical significance,and these shortcomings need to be improved in the follow-up research.
