Research purpose : According to the national physical health report in recent years,as people living standard improving the development of students of different age groups on the body form is improving,the students' nutrition situation is improving,but the students' physical quality in different areas are in a low level.Most pupils age at 10 to 13 years old or so,the stage for ball teaching to have the strong interest,at the same time its own understanding ability and physical quality has been meet the needs of the basic badminton teaching and training,this paper studies the badminton teaching training of 10 to 13 years old in primary schools students physical quality,the influence of as to provide theoretical basis for the development of China's badminton popularization,make through the popularity of badminton sport to improve the quality of student body.Research method:This article mainly uses the literature data method,the expert interview method,the experiment method,the mathematical statistics method is the research method.There are 40 students who have no badminton training foundation,long time sports foundation,and healthy body in yantai district,xi 'an city.The students were divided into the experimental group and the control group,and the control group was excluded from the normal physical education activities to avoid the training of other sports programs for a long time.Experimental group in the normal physical education at the same time,for 12 weeks badminton teaching training,and every four weeks to test subjects' physical quality index,12 weeks after the badminton teaching training again for the experimental group and control group in physical quality index test,through the comparative analysis before and after the experiment,analysis data the conclusion.Research results:?by 12 weeks of training before and after the experiment of teaching badminton group boys and girls power quality test project results show significant difference(P < 0.05),the control group there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).?In terms of speed quality,the control group and experimental group before and after the experiment in the 30 m running corners and low center of gravity of the test project there is no significant difference(P> 0.05),and from the experiment test scores after experimental average higher than that of control group.?In terms of sensitive quality,the test scores of the experimental group were significantly different before and after the experiment(P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in the control group(P> 0 0.05).?In terms of endurance quality,the average of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,but there was nosignificant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).?In terms of flexibility,there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group before and after the experimental group(P>0.05).Research conclusion:?after 12 weeks of badminton teaching and training,the characteristics of badminton program can improve the power quality of primary school students.?in the badminton training process because of shorter duration,and special speed quality training in badminton teaching less training for primary school students there was no significant difference between the influence of the speed quality,speed quality enhancement is not obvious.?the badminton teaching in the process of training,the participants need to under the condition of sudden change,constantly changing positions,into action rapidly,12 weeks of training in the badminton teaching make experimental sensitive quality test result with the experiment before both men and women show significant differences,to improve the quality of sensitive.?Due to the characteristics of badminton and the specific situation of badminton teaching and training in primary school,12 weeks of badminton teaching training has no significant influence on the endurance quality of primary school students.?According to the characteristics of badminton sport and the specific situation of badminton teaching and training in primary school,12 weeks of badminton teaching and training is not obvious to the improvement of students' flexibility.?Overall,because of its characteristic of badminton,badminton teaching training action technology has a positive influence on elementary student's physical quality,and different influence on different aspects of students physical quality level.
