Research On Adaptation And Optimization Of Talent Structure And Industrial Structure Take The Three Provinces In Northeast China As An Example

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the Northeastern region,as China's heavy industrial base,has made significant contributions to the country's construction.However,due to the influence of multiple factors such as scientific and technological progress,depletion of natural resources and environmental protection requirements,the irrational industrial structure in Northeast China has become prominent,and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure has become a difficult problem.The adaptation of the talent structure and industrial structure is directly related to the optimization and adjustment of the industrial structure.If the two can not be adapted,it will certainly hinder the pace of industrial restructuring in Northeast China.Based on the correlation between the talent structure and the industrial structure,this paper empirically analyzes the adaptation relationship between the talent structure and the industrial structure in Northeast China,in order to provide effective countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the adaptation of talent structure and industrial structure in Northeast China.First of all,this paper has an in-depth understanding of the current research on talent structure and industrial structure at home and abroad,combing the theory of talent structure and industrial structure adaptation relationship,and on this basis will connect the talent structure with industrial development and put the talent structure on time.Order decomposition.Based on the possible impact of the decomposed link on the industrial structure,specific indicators are extracted and a theoretical model is constructed.Through the past 15 years from 2001 to 2015,China Statistical Yearbook,China Labor Statistics Yearbook,China High-tech Industry Statistical Yearbook,and the relevant Statistical Yearbooks of the three provinces in Northeast China,the indicator data has been selected.Based on the standardized processing of the original data,the weight of each indicator is determined.Then,the adaptation function of the talent structure and industrial structure in Northeast China from 2001 to 2015 is calculated to determine the adaptation level.Secondly,in order to further analyze the factors affecting the talent structure and industrial structure adaptation in Northeast China,the paper analyzes the four links in a targeted manner and draws the following conclusions: On the one hand,the adaptation level of the generating link and input link is affecting the Northeast Important factors for the adaptation of talent structure and industrial structure.On the other hand,the fit values of the relevant indicators within the four links are all at a relatively low level,which restricts the adaptation of the talent structure and industrial structure in Northeast China.Finally,based on the empirical analysis of the adaptation of the talent structure and industrial structure in Northeast China,this paper starts with the input of talents,talent generation,the deployment of talents in industries and the value of talents,and the degree of adaptation of the talent structure and industrial structure in the three provinces in Northeast China.The results of empirical analysis provide targeted recommendations in order to increase the level of adaptation of the talent structure and industrial structure in the region,and thus promote the optimization of regional industrial structure.
