Factors Affecting The Cooperation Of Scientific Research Papers In Disciplines

With the increasing importance of cooperation in research,the cooperation in cross-organization and cross-regional research has become the most important scientific production model.Therefore,more and more researchers are involved in cooperative research.Cooperative research is mainly based on common research objectives.It is the process of knowledge achievement through deep knowledge complementation and mutual creation as well as non-linear interactions.While the most significant form of research cooperation is the co-published papers between researchers.With the development of science and technology,new scientific discoveries and major advances have been difficult to achieve through individual combat.Collaborative research and team work have become the inherent requirements of scientific and technological research activities under the conditions of modern social production.The colleges and universities should have a place in scientific research and development in China and the World.it is necessary to make policy guidelines,which suit to the development of disciplines from different directions of development.In research cooperation,how to guarantee research production and quality improvement that closely related to the cooperation personnel,cooperation methods,team size and discipline structure.As the complexity of the mission deepens,cooperation has been used as a way to effectively increase the capacity of researchers in the process of academic development during colleges and universities.Therefore,what is the current status of research cooperation for colleges and universities in China ? Is there a difference in research cooperation between different disciplines? What the main factors affect research cooperation? How to effectively cooperate in order to maximize research results? Studying these issues has important guiding significance for different disciplines in China's universities and colleges that increase output by research cooperation.Based on the above research analysis,the study mainly analyzes the discipline of cooperation between different disciplines by taking two different types of cooperation so as to study the factors influencing the increase of output.The research shows:(1)there are major differences in the cooperation models of different disciplines.Management as well as Humanities and Social sciences tend to “individual independence” and “small-scale teamwork”;(2)the increase in the number of collaborators does not significantly the output of research during cooperation;(3)in the way of cooperation,there are great similarities in Science,Engineering,Agriculture and Medicine,which inclined to multi-person cooperation.What's more,they emphasize on teamwork and tend to “large-scale teamwork”.Through the above analysis,it has the following findings.Firstly,the difference in cooperation methods is one of the most important factors affecting cooperation output.Whether it is a comprehensive university or a science and engineering university that diversified cooperation models are common in colleges and universities,which increasingly valued by scholars.Secondly,the cooperation model between different disciplines presents different structures due to differences in discipline structure and culture.At the same time,it also has caused huge differences in the output of research.Therefore,the study attempts to explore the impact on research output from two different types of research cooperation.It aims to examining the relationship between the “quality” and “quantity”of collaborative research and research output from the perspective of bibliometrics.Cross-discipline integration and the flow between people among colleges and universities.To a certain extent,it promotes the improvement of cooperation quality.Although the scientific and reasonable perspective of the study remains to be verified.Research reveals problems in the process of research cooperation from statistical analysis.The study explores the effect of research cooperation on the effectiveness of research output is to further strengthen the cooperation in the construction of research cooperation in universities and colleges.
